I believe the Scorpion/Sub Zero saga is going to be one of the storylines that are going to see little to no change from the original. Nothings changed outside of the status of which Sub Zero we're dealing with. Quan Chi is still the mastermind here. If anything, it seems like they'll both have beef with Quan Chi and end up going after him together.

If I could pick who would win the rivalry between Scorp and Subby, I'd pick Scorpion. Team Scorpion all day.

I love both Sub-Zeros but Scorpion is top dog for me.

I honestly would rather their rivalry be settled via Scorpion finding out that Quan Chi was the mastermind behind his pain and then have Scorpion or Sub kill him.

I too would like closure to this rivalry via Scorpion finding out about Quan Chi's actions during a conversation with Sub-Zero. RomCom style, but with a dead bald albino at the conclusion.

I know Legacy is not inclined to the MK games, but, if Quan killed Scorpion, his family and clan as Sub-Zero...how did Quan attain the ability to morph?

What was the game you performed your first fatality?

It was Sub-Zero's Spine rip back in MK1 as well. It was awesome because I performed it by accident without knowing the game had fatalitys. It was so surprising.

Third Question:

What Mortal Kombat game is your all-time favorite?

I would say MK9, because I know it is the best, but both MKD and MK2 are quite up there too. Even when it's not the one I would choose to play now, I will go with MKD because it's the one I have the fondest memories with. Plus, it has the best atmosphere of any MK game.

Fourth Question:

What is your favorite mini game?

Puzzle Kombat!

Motor Kombat was a great Idea, and was cool, but it needed more work to be truly awsome.

Fifth Question:

What is your favorite arena?


Probably the Chamber of Artifacts. It's a shame we are not very likely to see it again, as it wouldn't be as impressive in 2D. It's the problem with most of the 3D era stages.


Sixth Question:

What is your favorite stage fatality? (Death traps don't count)

The pit II. I was impressed the first time I saw it, which it happened to me very few times thought the series. It's a shame we never got something like it again.

Depending at which distance he is.

Sub-Zero. He is innocent throughout the whole ordeal, and Scorpion is blinded by rage.

Sub-Zero, why dont they just set their differences aside and just destroy Quan Chi. I mean they did kill each other so its even right?

The characters and the violence.

I won't lie: the gore was the thing that got me interested at first. Or more like the shock value to be honest.

I like fighting games and I played a lot of Street Fighter II so I needed another to play.

Honestly, it was the colorful characters and gore that got me interested in MK.

MK1 Scorpion and Subby just looked completely badass to my 4-year old eyes.
