Cutthroat Kano is awesome. I've been a fan of Kano since Trilogy. I expected to love Cybernetic because I've been hitching for a return of the laser but it didn't click as much as Cutthroat. I missed the knife uppercut.

I've yet to try command but I'm not a big fan of command grabs, so I'll see how it goes once I get into it.

A certain female from the netherealm will always be my favourite but Cassie reminds me of a lassie I fancy and play great so my favourite in the game

I came into this game really wanting to main Scorpion and decimate people, but man does he feel like he's slowed down.

I've REALLY taken a liking to Takeda and Reptile, though. Love their play styles. Also Ermac.

So things have shifted for me a bit. Johnny is still number 1 followed by Takeda at 2 and entering in at number 3 is Erron Black. Dude is badass and I love his moves. And I'm one of the few that love his alternate attire! Kenshi is number 4 and number 5 has to be Shinnok.

As much as I love Sonya, Mileena's play style (piercing and Ravenous) really suits me. I'm also starting to enjoy Kitana along with Takeda and Raiden.

Raiden, by far.

I'm really enjoying Cryomancer Sub-Zero and Pumped-Up Jax. Also enjoying Commando Kano.

Those would be my top 3 but I still have quite a few to try out, so those are subject to change.

Necromancer Shinnok & Thunder God Raiden are the only two I've invested any time with in practice mode. They're both a lot of fun.

I really haven't found another character that I throughly enjoy besides Mileena in terms of gameplay and one specific variation.

Probably because I'm not particularly skilled at fighting games and have a hard time performing kombos and attacks efficiently, but between that and the roster, I'm uninspired to find another character to really grasp. (Although I want to do this really bad). I haven't played half the roster still, but I have trouble getting behind a characters gameplay (even if it was top tier) if I just don't care for their character outside of that.

Holding out for tremor and tanya tho. I really liked Tanya's updated unicorn kick or whatever it was called and the quickened recover time. I'm really hoping to take a liking to her gameplay. (Tonfas and cannon drills ftw).

I can't believe I'm saying this but Kitana is the most fun character to play as. Sub-Zero will always be my main man, but kitana is incredible in this game!
