Fujin

Fujin returns to keep Raiden from alienating mortals from the gods. Fujin was intrusted with protecting Earthreaim after Shinnok's invasion. Since Raiden has become something of a jerk. Fujin will have to knock some sence into his brother's head before he kills every mortal for making a simple mistake.

Stryker:

After helping the other 'Chosen Warriors' defeat Shao Kahn, the Earth returns back to normal, and Stryker resumes his post as a big city cop. When the Earth is split from the Outworld the events of Kahn's invasion are erased from the populations memory, including Stryker's. He has a vauge recollection of what took place, but dismisses it as a dream / non-sense.

However, he is now 'stronger'. For un-beknown to him, the enhanced abilities he was granted as a chosen warrior remained - although his memory did not. As a result of his now far superior skills and abilities he is soon promoted from a regular walk-the beat cop into the head of his cities SWAT team. He has the tactical team outfit (All black body armor, bullet proof vest, Helmet w/ visor etc) but still keeps his grenades and baton, though his gun is now much more sophisticated (red beam sight etc).

(Depending on the next conflict) One of Raiden, Nightwolf or Fujin travels to recruit Stryker once again, and shows him/ explains to him what had happened and what he had done not all that long ago.

Uggh, he's hard to write a story for...

Sareena

- She's out of the Netherealm and she has her human form back. So what now?
- She's trying to gain Sub-Zero's trust, but who the hell's going to trust a Demon from the Netherealm? Problem number one.
- Ashrah hears about Sareena and automatically assumes Sareena's evil (because everyone else does) and tries to kill her. Can Sareena convince Ashrah she's not evil?
- Later on, Ashrah can discover Sareena hates Quan Chi and the Brotherhood of the Shadow too, and they team up.
- It was hinted in Mythologies she liked the original Sub-Zero. But she hates the Brotherhood. Now Sub-Zero is Noob Saibot, the Brotherhood's posterboy. Maybe he'll try to get her to join? Will she accept or not?
- Even if Quan Chi is dead, I bet he'll be back somehow. I doubt he's forgiven or forgotten she betrayed him.
- She's an enemy of Quan Chi and has issues with Noob Saibot. Potential alliance with Scorpion?
- Very few remember, and those who do never put much thought into it, but it was originally hinted Reiko had some sort of connection to Sareena (which would have made a hell of a lot more sense IMO).
- Maybe Kia and/or Jataaka could come back for revenge.
- Frost can come back and try to steal Sub-Zero's Medallion again. Maybe Sareena will try to stop her?

And that's just off the top of my head.

Thought I put in one more

Cyrax

Cyrax is found by Fujin, and returns him to human form. He teaches him in the ways of wind. Cyrax learns of Sub-Zero's death by the hands of Noob Saibot. Cyrax quickly becomes the leader of the Lin Kuei, and leads the charge into neatherrealm to avenge the death of their master and friend

Stryker

Stryker's wife and son are killed in an explosion in New York City. The Black Dragon are responsible. He goes on a Manhunt to bring Kabal and his clan to justice.

Two of my ideas seem to be centered around revenge. I think that should be the central theme of the next MK. No tournament, just time to settle the score.

Dude, that's messed up. I remeber making a thread about my version of Stryker, and it pretty much had the samething.

I do think That Classic Subby should return in a different form than Noob Saibot.

Human Smoke:

Noob Saibot fell cold to the ground, slain by Ashrah's sacred blade. In a blaze of light, a refulgent portal manifested, and Ashrah found herself being pulled into the threshold. As much as she desired to be free from the cursed netherealm, she refused to leave the malfunctioned cyborg to ruin within the dark wasteland. She sensed that beyond the metal surface, there was a good soul in this cyborg; a spirit thirsting for redemption.

With the strength she had left, she grabbed the automated ninja and together they were sucked into the glowing vortex of light. The warriors emerged within the vast plains of the Outworld, weakened by the transition between the two worlds. Ashrah gazed over Smoke, trying to communicate with him, to make him realize that he was free from the shackles Noob Saibot had placed on him, but there was no response. The master which Smoke was programmed to follow was deceased, and he could follow no other path without his coding being adjusted. Ashrah gave up on her attempts to revive the dorment soul, and departed for Earthrealm.

After a short while, Smoke's nano-technology automatically repaired his broken components, and he began to wander aimlessly, without any sense of direction or purpose. Days passed, but in Smoke's mind, it was as if time itself had disappeared. Then finally, an unexpected voice called out to the cyber-ninja.

"You were meant to be so much more than this," whispered Fujin, the god of wind. Fujin took pity on Smoke, and took him back to the heaven's shrine to heal physically in spiritually.

Time passed, and not only had Smoke become mentally aware, but eventually regenerated his former flesh, shedding his metal shell forever. Upon reaching his former status as a human, Smoke began to train under the elemental god, advancing far beyond the limited teachings of the former Lin Kuei. It seemed as if Smoke had finally obtained the only thing had ever desired: A master who wouldn't betray him; an ally who wouldn't abandon him.

Then once his skills had reached their pinnacle, Fujin requested that Smoke take on a mission to compensate for his healing. The thunder god who once guided the earth warriors had turned to darkness and denounced the creed to preserve the life which inhabited the earth realm, and Fujin requested that he must help bring down this corrupted form of Raiden. Smoke gladly took the mission upon himself, but there was a dark secret lying in Smoke's fate. The original Subzero which had enslaved him was also revived, and once again serving Raiden. This time, his orders were not quite as benign. Under the command of the god of thunder, Noob Saibot was on a campaign to "purge" the earthrealm. Although Smoke's destiny was clouded, it disguised a twisted road...

XiahouDun I LOVE ur idea for Sareena, though i dont think she would Ally with Scorpion.....she is trying to gain the trust of the Current Sub Zero so that wouldnt do any good, and also, I think Noob and Scorp will go against one another. I think there will be a Sareena/Ashrah rivalry. I have a story idea for Sareena in MK7 myself

Heres who I think should come back:

Kitana.....too important for storyline to be killed/not comeback.

Sareena......Sub Zero/Earth Alliance, plus Ashrah rivalry (for now but team up against Quan Chi).

Kung Lao...I just really like him and I want Liu Kang to stay dead so we need an Earth hero..

Nitara....she has great potential and could come back to earn more about Outworld/Earth so that she could plan to invade it.

Khameleon....i think Reptile will be dead. She could come back and be a kinda Kreeya type character (if u seen MKConquest u'll know what I mean and try to find mates to restore her people. Could even do this is Reptile is alive.

Fujin.....Rayden will take more of a backseat now he is badass.

Hsu Hao......well since Jax got killed too in MKD and brought back like Kitana/Sonya/kung Lao/Cage, im thinking Jax's ending didnt happen. hsu could come back and join forces with the bad guys to get back at those who killed Mavado.

Sheeva....id like her to return as i think she has a lot of potential in so many ways. She was Sindels personal guard so she could either come abck and protect her former Queen, or try and kill her.

Reiko.....He could ally with Noob, but be an undercover spy for Shao Kahn. Also like Xiahou Dun suggests, he could have involvment with Sareena in ome way.

Kai.....he was originally going to be in MKDA but was dropped, so he must ahve some sort of sotryline potntial. I think Johnny Cage/Sonya/Jax/Liu Kang should sit it out now, so he could Aid earth. And even if they do all or mostly comeback, earth sure needs some more allys. his MK4 story kinda came to a brief yet strange end, perhaps he travelled for a while and encountered some of the people warriors and has made enemies/allies.

Sonya -After experiencing life through evil Sonya has changed. She has no longer felt the need to protect Earth. She feels a duty to herself to reclaim her life.
Kitana- Final showdown between her and Mileena. Mileena wins.
Sektor -brought back as he looked in the sketches in MKD
Cyrax - would be cool to see him fight sektor. Sektor wins though.
Nitara - No longer a nuetral character, her vampire race pose an enourmous threat to peace on Earth.
Reiko - Back once again to serve Shinnok
Shinnok -Back from the netherealm but weakened since his last attempt of dominence.
Kai-Returns to aid his earthrealm allies
Kano -Final showdown between him and Sonya. Sonya wins
Stryker-As long as hes done well I don't care.
Fujin -Fights evil raiden
Sheeva- Fights on the side of good, resides in Edenia as protector of Sindel
Meat -I don't know, he was just a joke. Perhaps they can make a character out of him
Mokap -Fcuk Mokap!
Johnny Cage- Tries to talk some sence into Sonya but to no avail

- While under Onaga's control, Kitana almost kills Sindel. After breaking free from his power, she relinquishes her status as princess out of guilt and tries to find a new direction.
She later encounters someone she hurt while she was loyal to Shao Kahn who wants revenge.

- With Kitana missing and Sindel believed to be dead, Jade is left in charge of protecting Edenia.

- Tanya teams with Baraka and screws Mileena out of the Edenian throne. Fights Jade for control of Edenia. We then find out their history together.

- Mileena goes rogue after being betrayed by Tanya. Seeks revenge and control of Edenia.
She later finds out she wasn't the first failed clone of Kitana, and that one of them is still alive.

- After hearing of what happened to Kitana, Rain returns to help. Finds Sindel still alive and heals her.

- Shao Kahn stands alone and challenges Onaga for the Outworld throne. We then find out Shao Kahn's true origins.

- Sektor lets the Red Dragon and Black Dragon fight amognst themselves and when the time is right, he destorys them both to prepare for his war with the Lin Kuei.

- Kintaro returns to finally step out of Goro's shadow. Whether he fights for good or evil depends on who Goro fights for.

- While under Onaga's control, Sonya helps him destroy the Special Forces and cripple Earth's military defenses.

- After Onaga's destroyed, Jax doesn't turn good again. Fights with Sonya.

- Raiden decides the Elder Gods are to blame for everything that's gone wrong. Decides to take his own power.

- Frost returns and is recruited to join Noob Saibot against Sub-Zero.

Look: Stryker has ditched his old uniform from MK3 for a more modern look. He has ditched his ball cap and now has a military hair cut. He wears a black kevlar vest. He wears black fatigues underneath. His boots are plated for combat and rise to his knees. He has an ammo belt across his chest and a utility belt around his waist. He has two gun holsters, one on his thigh and the other on his side. He now wears fingerd gloves and knee pads. He also has two other holsters for his combat knives in an X shaped pattern on the small of his back. He's also sporting some Wesker style sunglasses.

Bio:
After the invasion of Earthrealm by Kahn was delt with Stryker went his own way from the other combatants. Believing that he was more lucky then skilled, Stryker returned to his job of being a New York riot cop. Little did he know that his being chosen by Raiden, thus being sparred from Kahns invasion was more then luck. It was fate. It has been almost six years since Stryker has had any contact from his friends. During this time, Stryker realised how weak the human race was and that it needed to be protected, at times extreme measures were needed. He decided that it wont be his fault if Earth was ever truely destroyed. He would give it all he had to protect it and make sure that it thrived, safe from any threat from Outworld. He began his rigorous training in varied martial arts by joining the armed forces. The S.E.A.L.S known for their harsh training in brutal enviroments was a natural choice. His instinct was not misplaced. By joining the Navy, he was taught several hand-to-hand fighting styles which dealt with disarms, grappling and strong body shots. Besides becoming a true warrior in close combat, Stryker also became an expert in different types firearms. Stryker served in the military for almost four years after that, becoming commander of a small squad of A grade soldiers, thier skill was unmatched, and in times of crisis they would be the ones who were sent on what others would call suicide missions. Unknown to Stryker, his body was changing, becoming stronger and more conditioned to the future battle he would have to fight. Stryker was eventually released from the Navy with several honors on his behalf. One night, Stryker recieved a vision from Raiden. Although most people would discard this as a hallucination, Stryker knew better. The vision told him to go to China and revist the Temple of the Order of Light. There he would find his true path. Without much hesitation Stryker set out for China not long after that. When he reached the temple, he recieved an unusually warm wlecome from the solitary monks, almost as if he was excpected. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning hit the ground and Riaden appeared."Stryker, you have served Earthrealm with great honor and a true sense of justice before. Now it is time for you to do so again, bu on a much broader scale." Shocked by the appearance of Raiden, Stryker naturally was apprehensive." Why would you pick me for something like that? I might have been able to help Earth before, but I'm no where near the talent of warriors such as Lui Kang or Sub-Zero" Riaden reassures him that he has great skill that is yet to be awakened. But to do this, he must venture to a new realm, the Realm of Order. He will be taught great discipline and be given a true sence of justice and order. He is to meat a man called Hotaru and jion with the Seiden Gaurd. A group of elite order keepers who are strong in body and mind. Only by doing so will Stryker ready be ready for what maybe the last stand of humanity.. Stryker agrees to undergo this training and prove to himself that he has a true purpose in the order of things.

Khameleon (this is assuming the Dragon King is still around in MK7)



"With Lei Mei's Deception the realms were isn disarray, Lei Mei is now the Dragon Queen."

After her encounter with reptile khameleon set out to find any more survivors of their race she could populate with. Traveling through realm after realm her search was to no success. Khameleon knows that her window is closing and soon her womb will not be able to bare offspring. In a fit of rage she learns of reptiles transformation. With the thought of extinction Khameleon knows she needs reptile to continue their race. Never would she ally with Earth but only for the sake of her race she sets a temporary pact with the Earth warriors that inexchange for her aid in the downfall of the Dragon King she will be allowed to exile with reptile. Normally earth warriors would not make such a pact, but with Khameleons ability to disguise herself identically as key figures such as kitana, mileena and jade, Khameleons help is vital in the manipulation of the Dragon King especially if Khameleon is able to learn to guise herself as Lei Mei whom is now the most trusted Queen to the Dragon King and the only person able to get close enough to the Dragon King if an attack were to be planned. With a plan to capture Lei Mei, Khameleon sets off with the Earth Warriors to deceive the one born of deception.


Just so everyone knows basically Khameleons return is to Impersonate Lei Mei who is now the Dragon Kings Queen in order to gain access to whatever it is that can weaken the Dragon King in order for the Earth,Edenian, and Orderrealm warriors to attack successfully and hopefully return reptile to his former state for Khameleon.

I really like ur idea for Khameleon. That is kinda what I had planned for her return, but not to impersonate Li Mei, but thats a good Idea. Personally I dont think li Meis ending will happen.

But I do think Reptile is dead, so she will be back trying to get with all the powerful men to revive her race. Kinda like Kreeya in MK Conquest TV show. She'd be a seductress.

Nitara

Soon after Nitara returns to her realm with the orb provided by Cyrax Nitara finds it utterly ridiculus to play cat and mouse with the straggling human life left in her realm. there had always been a shortage of human blood and the supply was only getting shorter. With her stumble into the last mortal kombat tournament nitara gained knowledge of other realms that were well in supply of fresh hosts. 2 of the realms struck to her the most, the realms of Edenia and Earth and now with the rumor she heard there is a 3rd potential called the Orderrealm. The remaing 3 realms Outworld, Netherrealm and Chaos where of no use to her people because the people who inhabit the realms were tainted with evil or contained dirty blood, she could not risk her people being corrupted with evil or tainted blood. In hopes of opening a portal to one of these 3 realms for her vampire race to ravage and feast on new abundant hosts Nitara returns to the tournament allied to only those who can aid her in her goal.

After Scorpion helps the elder gods defeat onaga he betrays the elder gods killing them raiden and fujin now try to muster a last hope to try to stop the all powerful scorpion ( i know hes been in a lot of mk games i think hes just really cool)

Rain & Sheeva... And Kintaro.

id like to see rain come back. Also Kintaro and Motaro. Kintaro and Motaro could be an alliance. Since Shao Kahn and Goro are in the Cube version of MKD, Kintaro and Motaro could be after shao kahn. See they would have turned on him. Actually they could have a larger group of former Kahn followers who turn on him and rain could be included. I dont know if thats actually a good idea but its just a thought.

Rain - Seeks redemption from princess Kitana by becoming a loyal servant to queen Sindel and serving the Edenian army as general.

Chameleon - I don't really want him to come back into another Mortal Kombat game.

Khameleon - I don't want her to come back into another Mortal Kombat game.

Kintaro - Thought to have been dead at the hands of Raiden during Shao Kahn's twisted tournament in Outworld. Kintaro manages to cheat death and spent his time healing and plotting against the warriors responsible for his downfall. Kintaro's rage will fuel him in his battle against the Earthrealm warriors.

Motaro - Motaro is dead.

Moloch - Moloch wanders the depths of the Netherealm and gathers a whole legion of Oni to escape from the Netherealm and spew forth a legion of chaos in the other realms once the portals that lead to the other realms are mysteriously opened.

Jarek - Jarek decides to fake his own death after the battle against Shinnok so that he may escape his capture from Lt. Sonya Blade. Jarek manages to do so but while he fell off a cliff he hit his head and suffered from amnesia. Jarek not knowing who he is returned back to Earthrealm and began to make a name for himself. Jarek abandoned the Black Dragon but he is still pursued by mysterious warrios who claim to be part of the Red Dragon. Jarek is slowly regaining his memory as he faces off against these familiar foes. And running into an old ally...

Human Smoke -

Hsu Hao - Hsu Hao is dead at the hands of Jax.

Movado - After the Deadly Alliance had been mysteriously put out of power Mavado decided to maintain a low profile and escaped into the Outworld. Mavado returned to his superiors in the Outworld and was given new orders to gather a small group of men and retrieve an item called the Kamidogu. With the knowledge of Quan Chi's death if the Red Dragon are able to obtain that amulet they will become the most powerful force in all of the realms. Little does Mavado know, Quan Chi is alive and well and will be going after the amulet also.

Sonya - Sonya was planning her next move after escaping from the Outworld with her life. Reuinited with her old allies, Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, and Kung Lao. Sonya began plans on rescuing Raiden from himself. Unfortunatley, a mysterious foe killed Major Jackson Briggs while he was on a mission. Enraged at her partners death Sonya decides to track down the murder of her partner while simultaneously aiding Earthrealm's warriors in their quest.

Kitana - Kitana returned to Edenia after she was rescued by the spirit form of Liu Kang. Sindel relized the threat of the Kamidogu and obtained the knowledge of the "One Being". Kitana managed to lead her armies to protect the remaining Kamidogu that were not destroyed by Shujinko from the thunder god Raiden. Kitana along with her mother Sindel, and Jade are highly responsible for the preservation of the realms. While Earthrealm is pursuing Raiden. Kitana must hold off any forces from other realms such as the deadly Tarkata.

Sektor - Sektor had mysteriously returned after his defeat at the hands of Sub-Zero. Sektor had formed his own force called the Tekunin, whos sole purpose is to eliminate the newly formed Lin Kuei formed by Sub-Zero. Sub-Zero had been absent from Earthrealm for quite some time. During that time, Sektor had strenthened his clan and launch a full scale assault on the

Lin Kuei.
Cyrax - Cyrax was released from the Special Forces after his adventure in Outworld. Cyrax had his spirit in control of his automated body and was no longer controled by orders, Cyrax believed that this was due to the mystical portal he travelled to Earthrealm to. Cyrax managed to come across a similar model of cybernetic ninja and was attacked. Cyrax managed to destory this ninja and relized who was responsible for this. Sektor, Cyrax decided to aid his former clan of the Lin Kuei in stopping the Tekunin, and Cyrax is the greatest weapon on the Lin Kuei's side.


Phew... I'm tired of typing. I'll get back to it later.

Sheeva-

After Goro's funeral, and the alliance between the Kuatan and the Edenians, Sheeva makes peace between herself and Queen Sindel. Sindel makes Sheeva her personal protector once again when the centaurs invade Edenia. Motaro has been searching for Sheeva for nearly a decade after she brutalised him during Kahn's invasion. Sheeva knows she must fight Motaro again, only this time, its not just her own life she's fighting to save, its the life of her once again ally, Sindel....

There's a lot of great ideas here, and it's nice to see I'm not the only fan of characters like Stryker. Here's the first of my ideas for a character comeback. One of my favourites, Mavado.

Fighting Styles- Long Fist, Shuai Chiao (one of Hsu Hao's styles)
Weapons- Two Sickles
Alignment- Evil
Allies- Quan Chi.
Enemies- Kabal, Sub Zero, Sonya.
Appearance- Same as MKDA 1st outfit, but with paler, almost white skin, and a big scar on his belly from Kabal's hooksword.

Storyline.

When he was killed by Kabal, Mavado was banished to the Netherrealm to pay for his crimes. There however, he came across the Brotherhood of Shadow, and defeated five of their best assasins. The sorceror Quan Chi, now back with the clan and leading them was impressed, and took him in, as he had worked for the sorceror not long before dying. During this time, they taught him many assasination and fighting techniques beyond those of normal humans. Mavado learns that the sorceror is building up his own army of the most evil soldiers from different realms, intending to unite them under his leadership, and take power across the universe.

Pledging his and his old clan's alliegance to Quan Chi's cause, Mavado is sent back to Earthrealm to take back leadership of the Red Dragon, weakened since his death. The Red Dragon join the the sorceror in his battle to take power for himself, as well as carrying out his personal mission to destroy Kabal's new Black Dragon clan. As explained in MKD's Chamber of Artifacts, the Red Dragon are also trying to unlock the mysteries of the sword embedded in the green gem, with the same inscriptions that Quan Chi discovered in the ruins.

Johnny Cage - After his experience with death in Outworld against the Deadly Alliance. Johnny Cage was under the influence of the revived Dragon King, Onaga. While under his influence Johnny Cage along with his allies who were in the same dire situation as him learned of the presense of the One Being.
Johnny Cage was rescued by his former ally Liu Kang aswell as the Enigmatic warrior Ermac. Before escaping Outworld, Liu Kang and Ermac were seeking lord Raiden, but unfortunatley his whereabouts were unknown, Raiden had been missing and there was no time to search for him because the Tarkata were aware that Johnny Cage and his allies were no longer possesed by Onaga. Johnny Cage managed to escape Outworld and return to Earthrealm with his former self intact. Johnny Cage and his allies were ready to gather again and return to Outworld to deal with Onaga and rescue Raiden but during their time in Earthrealm, Onaga was defeated by a mysterious force and the Kamidogu were all destroyed, thus leaving access to other realms nearly impossible.

Johnny Cage retired back to his home in America and began to produce his own brand of movies and study various styles of martial arts so that one day he will be ready to defend another attack on Earthrealm. Johnny Cage in his sleep began to have frequent dreams of chaos and armaggedon in Earthrealm. Two years have passed since Johnny Cage's return from Outworld and Johnny Cage was mysteriously visited by his old ally Liu Kang who was accompanied by another familiar face, Kung Lao. Liu Kang gave Johnny Cage knowledge of Raiden's fate during the dreadful battle against Onaga and that he was reborn to be the Raiden that we no longer knew. Liu Kang asked Johnny Cage to assist him yet again venture into the unknown to protect Earthrealm. Johnny Cage agreed and decided to help gather Earthrealm's warriors with his funds from his movies and accesed easy transportation through the world to gather Earth's greatest warriors to the Shaolin Temples in China.

All of Earth's mightiest warriors were gathered together and Liu Kang had the Shaolin Monks summon upon the god of wind Fujin to aid them in their quest on rescuing Raiden. Fujin had revealed to the Earth's warriors the dire situation that the Elder Gods were facing and had struck a deal with the Mortals that they would be able to open the portal to Outworld but once stepped through it will be closed untill they complete their quest in vanquishing Raiden.

Johnny Cage stepped through the portal and his fate is unknown... PLAY MORTAL KOMBAT 7 TO FIND OUT!
