Scorpions vendetta resolved?

Do you think Scorpion is pretty much over his anger at the Lin Kuei?
Would that unmake his great power? I don't know if I know enough of the mythos to answer these questions. Sub-Zero has reformed the Lin Kuei so Scorpion could wear a Shirai Ryu outfit instead of his mockery Lin Kuei outfit. I like Scorpion as is, but I wouldn't mind a change in his story and a bit more depth to his character.

whose to say that isnt that Scorpion's Outfit isn't The Shirai Ryu Clan Outfit???
I'm currently playing thourgh MKM:SZ, and I believe it says somewhere in there that the yellow outfit is worn by all Shirai Ryu to mock the Lin Kuei, so it is both of those things.
I think his vendetta against the Lin Kuei is basically over, but not his vendetta. He still, after all, must kill Quan Chi to avenge his family.

I don't think there is a vendetta anymore between Scorpion and Sub (Noob). They are even, Noob killed Scorpion, and Scorpion killed him back, there really is no need for fued between the two now, but I can foresee something occuring where they will cross paths once again and then re-spark the fued for another reason.
My idea would be to have them come face to face when Noob carries out realm-threatning missions for his clan but because Scorpion is the champion of the Elder Gods they have him thwart the plans of the Brotherhood thus recreating the classic fued between the spectre and wraith. Now It'd be best to keep it at a draw to satisfy both sides, and also to aid in this next part of my idea.
Now another twist I'd like to see is that among this feud they will battle and both of them should be ambushed by the two Oni Moloch and Drahmin, and I think it'd be badass to see Scorpion and Noob put away their differences and hunt down the Oni, thus creating a temporary dangerous alliance. Once they are complete with thier revenge they no longer feel the need to pursue each other. Just my idea.

About Me
"Is it so important that you win one last argument with him?" "No, it is not, but it is true that I will miss the arguments; they were, finally, all that we had."

I had a similar idea. However, I had it that Ashrah - feeling Scorpion's hellspawned nature (the Elder Gods gave him power, but I don't remember them making him not a hellspawn, anymore) - attacked him and lost, but was spared by him when he sensed the holy power of her Kriss. After telling him her desire to ascend from being a demon and continue to fight for good, Scorpion remembers Younger Subby's change to a force of good and his oath of protection to him, and strives to redeem himself like they did. As his first act in this new position (after helping destroy Onaga and bring down evil Raiden), he was sent to disrupt Noob Saibot's plans to create his own army of cyberdemons, thus reengaging the feud between them.
But, yeah, I agree that for now, it seems like Scorpion's vendetta is satisfied; he killed elder Subby, and though it wasn't by his hand, Quan Chi is dead (or believed to be, in any case). Himself, his family, and his clan have all been avenged; there's really nothing for him to pursue as far as vengeance goes.
