I can't wait for Erron to suddenly turn on all of his Black Dragon clan members. He shoots Kano in the back, only for Kano to turn around puzzled. Erron takes off his mask, and replaces his cowboy hat with a more familiar one.

Not possible. They've been shown in the comics together.
Has anyone considered the possibility of him just being Erron Black?
