Seiko was very quiet, and it seemed that everyone was gone. It was like a ghost town, nothing could be heard.
Me and Sm0k3 stayed in our stealth, and ventured into the shops. There were many ancient artifacts, and old antiques, but there were also smashed articles. We ventured into the back, and noticed blood from around the corner. The shopkeeper lay with a shocked expression, and blood streaming from his neck.
Sm0k3: He was murdered, recently. It is almost like they are in this village now.
We fleshed out of our camouflage and did more analyzing of the surrounding shops, until we heard M4L yell.
M4L: Guys! Come take a look at this!
We walked over to a shop on the east side of the small village, and blood covered the zone. There was a lit fire kept alive by the wooden structure, and M4L showed us a necklace.
M4L: Read the inscription on the back.
This is of the Kilpec heir. Know that if lost, the heir of this necklace will return for it and its safekeeping.
Man: (Reading) Anyone who comes in possession of this necklace, will die.
Grailic: Wait, who are y-
He tried to finish his sentence but was blasted backwards into a wooden shack by a forceful fireball.
Hakaa: I believe you have something of ours, hand it over, and you might be spared!
M4L: I think we will hold on to it, and take the Kamidogu off of you also.
Sairo: Over our dead bodies!
Reptile003: Don't worry, that is what we plan.
I threw a force ball but it was evaded, and I was knocked back by a forceful kick to the chest. Sm0k3 launched his spear towards Hakaa, and it wrapped around his wrist and was pulled fiercely. Sairo was in Kombat with Master M4L and Haiku, and Sm0k3 and I were in Kombat with Hakaa. They were fast kombatants, and very ferocious, as there attacks did damage. Grailic lie unconscious in the middle of rubble from the shack, and was bleeding from the forehead.
Hakaa pulled out his twin daggers, and used them to slice me across the chest consecutively. Sm0k3 launched his spear towards Hakaa, and implanted itself in his chest. He stared at it, and screamed in agony. Sairo looked at the damage doer - Sm0k3, and spun a fireball at him. Sm0k3 was launched into antique vases, and fell unconscious. Hakaa yelping in pain, tried to run away, but was grabbed by Haiku. Haiku smashed Hakaa's face into a hut, then threw him against a wall, and focused back on Sairo.
M4L: Very nice fighting, but it's time to finish this up!
As he said this he fired his Hado Energy at Sairo and hit him square in the chest. The two brothers were weakened, and M4L pulled out his axe. He raised the axe and stuck down, instantly killing Sairo. Haiku pulled out a blade from his leg holster and slashed Hakaa, ending him.
M4L: Now, we must get the Kamidogu to Shao Kahn, and get the injured back to the base..
Haiku: We will get the Kamidogu, but not for Shao Kahn.
M4L: What?
Haiku: Now you realize, that you have been tricked. Thank you for helping me get the Kamidogu you fool.
Haiku turned black, and his shape melded into a familiar man, Nastupic.
Nastupic: My black magic deceives even Shao Kahn! And once I have all 6 Kamidogu, I will be the ruler of the realms.
He fired a black beam of energy at M4L and it hit him on the chest. He flew back and landed on the ground with a large thud.
