No, Taven's mother (Delia) got a character model in MK Armageddon, Scorpion has obtained a model in EVERY game( not counting MK3), Sereena was in MK; Mythologies and Armageddon, and the One Being was present (technically) in Onaga's unused Deception ending.
To your guys' credit, this is a hard question and I don't expect you to get it until the final hint, if you get it then.
