For Mortal Kombat Gold, with the addition of six classic fighters added to the roster(Cyrax,Kitana,Kung-Lao,Mileena,Baraka,Sektor), Eurocom was going to throw an all new character into the mix, Belokk. Belokk was a big human/monster character, he seemed to be an early version of an oni. Of course midway didn't like eurocom putting in the character without talking to them, so they removed the character. But six screnshots showing Belokk was sent to game informer. Many fans liked Belokk's look and thought he was an excelent addition to MK.

Many feel that the reason Belokk was removed and why MKG was a very buggy and not tested out game is because Midway and eurocom had some sort of fall out.

If in the game, Belokk was said to have all of Goro's moves. It is rumored, that in some versions of the game, Belokk still exists........

- Did you know that The TV show ReBoot had a small parody of Mortal Kombat, including dressing the character Enzo as Scorpion.

Umm no that is true. When playing as Scorpion he would turn a little red and Error macro would appear in his lifebar, but it was just a glitch, anyway, the MK team thought it would be funny to make the red ninja real and put him in UMK3, aka Ermac.

It is bullshit. An error macro cannot swap colors mid-game AND tell you about it. The Ermac thing is evidently bullshit, that is common knowledge.
Should an error-macro be encountered it would have thrown you into a DOS prompt most probably.
