We haven't seen Hsu Hao in a Mortal Kombat video game since Armageddon, but a new teaser image posted by Ed Boon is throwing a bone to one of the series' least loved characters. Take a closer look:

Mortal Kombat 11: The Reveal has opened the floodgates, unleashing an exciting array of sights & sounds from Mortal Kombat 11! The Official Gameplay Reveal trailer showed us Skarlet, Baraka, Sonya Blade, and Sub-Zero. New official screenshots freeze time to allow for closer examination of the returning fighters!

The Mortal Kombat 11 render of Scorpion has at at last been revealed! NetherRealm Studios has shared the new teaser image of the undead spectre, and in his new attire he is sporting splashes of red (similar to the Shao Kahn and Raiden renders released earlier in the week). The same background image is used here as in the other two, establishing a consistent style for all the MK11 renders released so far.

Building off yesterday's release of a new Shao Kahn render: NetherRealm Studios has shared a new image of Raiden, spotlighting the Thunder God's latest armored attire. Update: The full-size render has officially been released and can be seen with the smaller preview below.

In honor of the World Cup, the developers of Mortal Kombat X Mobile have developed special Kombat Cup themed skins for two characters: Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade! NetherRealm Studios released this trailer across various social media outlets:

For twenty-five years Raiden has remained one of Mortal Kombat's most identifiable characters. He's featured in movies, television, and a string of crossover guest roles, most recently playable in Injustice 2! He could probably star in his own video game, and apparently - it almost happened!

Injustice 2 has just received an update for June, and while its primary function has been to improve the overall gaming experience -- it's also updated the Character Select Screen with upcoming downloadable character Red Hood, and fresh teases for future characters!
