Kenshi's playes every time after you beat arcade mode, in his alt costume if you were using one in the final match.

Kitana, Frost, & Quan Chi also have KATA's that play randomly as a demo if you let the Press Start Button screen sit for a while.

You know, when you leave the game on without playing, Kitana do a litle dance (in martial arts it's call a KATA).
Same goes at the end of the game with Kenshi (on the credit screen!)

I was wondering if iot was possible to see Frost, Kano, Bo Rai Cho... etc...

I have seen Kitana and Li Mei do katas as well - don't they all have them?

Kenshi - as stated above does it after completing arcade mode
Blaze - after completing konquest mode
Scorpion, Kitana(eagle claw),Frost(Tong Bei), Quan Chi (double broadswords) - do their katas if you leave the screen at the press start screen.
I haven't seen Li mei's
