Both.I wish they brought back his alt rom MK4 where it is the ninja outfit, just no mask and BLACK hair.

That and his D primary are two of the best costumes for him.

defintely masked, no offense to the people who like him unmasked but i hate his look in mk3 and his primary in mk:da.

I prefer the way he came, masked. He isn't a ninja if he isn't masked. That air of mystery and the thought of what looms behind the mask is what made him...well...him. Scorpion is still masked, and I like it that way. So Sub should stay masked also.

As many enemies as subzero has with the gods angry and the cyborgs after him... I prefer masked. I mean he is a NINJA for crying out loud!

Classic by far. His best costume was in MK4 which was masked with iced forearms with icey particles smoking out of them.

He looked so tough and badass in his MKDA Primary. Everyone seems to hate it just because he has grey hair. Which is really lame.

Wow, I cant believe the amount of ppl who like him unmasked. He looks like a nerd without his mask.... And i hear the pallate swap complaints, but thats always been one of my favorite aspects of Mk, the ninjas r identifiable by the garb they were, but they all have different capabilities. Takes all kinds to make a world i guess...
