Lol when I was a complete newbie to MK, I was playing MK1 as Sub-Zero, whenever it said 'Finish Him/Her!' I simply mushed all the buttons because I didn't know about fatalities. Then I actually performed Subby's Head-Rip fatality. I had no idea what I had done!

Jup, playing Kano doing his heartrip in good old MK1. Ah, the good old times.

My dad didn't know any fatalities,until I was 4 or 6,and he did Scorpions MK1 fatalitie on me. Later,I did what Joes 04 did,only my dad told me 'block' is one of the buttons.

oh, god, the nostalgia i remember the first one i did being scorpions toasty, of-course i then see the "legendary" head-rip from subz and felt the toasty had been put to shame.

I remember when I won I uppercuted my dad into the pit. This is at 4 years old & I was a very observant kid at the time

Probably the first one I did was Scorpions Fire from MK 1. It was the easiest to do and was probably one of the coolest.

It was the morning before school, I picked scorpion and defeated sonya. It said finish her. By total accident, I somehow did scorpion's TOASTY!!! fatality. In total shock of me burning a chick, I did everything I could to re perform it.

First time I done a fatality in Mortal kombat , I was 8 yeras old. It was in the first game for the SNES. I was subzero and when the time came to finish them, I tryed to freeze him but I couldn't get it to work then suddenly the screen faded and it started to play this weird tune, then subzero flip back freezed the opponent, flipped foward smashed him to pieces. I was like WHAT THE F**K just happened and my cousin said did u mean to do that. Then the word FATALITY popped up on the screen and I was like WHAT THE F**k does this mean.

I quickly ran to tell my bro evrything I just saw, he couldn't belive what I was telling him, he wanted to see for himself. Problem was I couldn't get to work again

I don't remember the first fatality I did, but I do remember when I did one on my mom one time at the arcade. At this time I was really new to Mortal Kombat and we were playing MKII. I had played the first one a few times at a friend's house, but didn't really know anything about how to play. I had gotten a code book that covered MK 1-3 and memorized a few fatalities so that I could do them on gameboy (that's all I had at the time). I was getting frustrated because the computer was to hard and I never won. So I asked my mom to play against me because at least then I figured I could win ( I was really bad). The only character I could remember the fatality for was Kitana, so I picked her. My mom also picked her and was surprised that we picked the same character. I won and did the fatality. I remember she thought it was gross and I kind of laughed a little bit because that is exactly what I thought she would say. I think I talked her into playing a few more rounds then it was back to losing against the computer.

Ahhh, The fading and the sound are such a fond memory. (*screen Fades*...duuuuuh....duuuhhhhhh...*Opponent screams* Scorpion wins.) But didn't the SNES version say finishing bonus instead?

How in the fuck can you remember the very first time you did a fatality? Some of these stories have got to be bs. Not all. Me my first fatality was... I DONT KNOW!! Probably the PIT stage Fatality on MK1.

Oh, in MKDA(never knew about MK til this) I was Scorpion practicing myself in V.S. mode, and did his against Kenshi, in that portal like stage. Ahh the excitement

I remember my first fatality wich i have done with sub zero, i think he jumps backwards freezes, walks to you and upercuts you or something simulare. By the way i still owns a snes and a mk 1 game in my room, i just have to found a adapter for that game console if i wish to play that mk game and super mario again. Thinking about it maybe i also got mk 2.

sadly,mkd,i never heard of this game til i saw it on ICONS,on g4,so i saw the mkd commercial,and i was like WOW,once i went through konquest,it was the best experience i ever had in a game! my first fatality i ever did was mileenas head bite fatality in mkd,lol!

It was when I was 10. I finally pulled out my old SNES and decided to play. I was fighting against Liu Kang with Scorpion. I was almost dead and I hit him and won. It said finish him, and I got lucky and press block up up and burned him.

I always used to be Noob in umk3 just to do the only finish him i know, his babality
