I just use jax's piston punch, if he blocks it, step back, hold block, after he attacks hit him while he's open. But most of the time you can do it continuously without giving him a chance to attack.

Moloch is just too easy, if you ask me. He's so slow also, that it gives me time to do branch combos on him without no problem.

Just reverse some of his attacks, like Tim said. Or, block them, and quickly attack. Simple as that.

That's what I normally do. I am best with raiden, so I normally face the big man with raiden. What I do is just do a bunc of combos- regular combos, style-branchers, etc. Then, after a combo, since I KNOW he will strike, I duck and block. Most of his attacks don't hurt you when you duck and block- most of them don't even hit you! When you duck, it also helps to keep away from his grab-and-bitch-throw attack.

Not at all, with Kano I just keep using the ear to ear combo, block attack, ear to ear combo, block attack, and repeat till defeated, the only time I break this pattern is when he goes for the super smash attack that cannot be blocked, which then I quickly use the ear to ear combo to hit him before he hits me.

I go in as Scorpion and come out with my fist high in the fucking air I crush Molach to dust...

nor i. i can hardly ever beat him, but when i do, kano all the way. i'll try rereversing him moves.

I agree with most people here that Moloch is the easiest sub boss in MK history.
Here is a tip on how to beat Moloch with anyone.

1.Do a branch combo that spans all 3 styles.
2.If Moloch blocks the 3 branch combo as soon as your finished hold the block button cause he will try to hit you afterward,but also as soon as he hits switch back to your 1st style and do the 3 brand style combo again and repeat.
3. When you do a 3 style branch combo and you hit Moloch, switch back to the 1 style real fast and strike again and repeat.

when i first bought MKDA he was hard but after awhile he got really easy.i use Scorpion to beat him and sometime's jax.im going to change the diffcultiy to MAX to see if he get's harder.

Unfortunately he's the same ol' doofus on Max difficulty... You can still reverse him all the way (or even beat him without it).

you don't even have to reverse you can just sidestep. It's pretty easy to beat him with anyone.

Moloch is easy. Just switch between high and low combos and stay in close. Not hard at all.

moloch is like the epitome of all chumpness. at first site it appears like its going to be a hard fight but after it begins you realize his weakness's and then extort them! you can almost see that right hook he throws before he even throws it. step back them combo him to death.

You guys need to try pi gua on moloch...its so effective and powerful against him its almost a joke!
i use pi gua's low kick (attack 3) i think....and pause in between each attack for brief moment and just when attacks, press attack 3.

The 2,2,1 combo in pi gua is brutally effecient...as i find hapkido easy to use....i just started experimenting with his other styles....Some weapon styles i dont use...cos you lose more nergy and connect less....other weapons like cage's nunchukas and frost's daggers work like a charm.

I found something else that is quite interesting to me....maybe to you guys to...

The kicks in some of the weapon styles cannot be reversed...maybe thats glitch or maybe it does....but whenever i play max....i dont get reversed when i use the weapon style attacks....
quite weird cos your not exactly using the weapons but kicks instead

Moloch is the easiest out of all the mini-bosses. I don't see how I could ever have trouble with him.
