All time fav: Raiden (light version)

All time most hated character: Li Mei

Don't have to worry about Li Mei killing Raiden since that would almost be impossible and if it did happen he would just come back. Maybe that what needs to happen to get Raiden back on track and get rid of this whole 'dark' Raiden.
