I dont know why but ive always liked Shang. shao kahn always seemd too rediculous for me. I got goose-bumps fighting the final fight of Shaolin monks though. but if i had to pick id go with Shang

Well it sure as hell ain't Onaga.
I'd say Quan Chi is the cooler Sorcerer, but Shang Tsung was always the #1 Boss Sorcerer. And Shao Kahn was always the best Villain in MK.

I've always found Shao Kahn to be more intimidating...I still remember the first time I reached him in MK2 and he started the round with "You will die" then plowed into me and took about half my life in one hit. Gotta respect someone when they tell you that you’re gonna die and they make good on it in 3 hits. grin

Shang Tsung for me.

He can take 90% of your life bar in the first 5 seconds, if you jump back at the start of the round and get hit by his four fireballs attack. That just owns...

Shao Kahn was more intimidating, and all that, but Shang Tsung was just awesome. You fight through all these endurance matches, face off against Goro, and then when your finally at the final boss, its an old guy?
This is what I thought, until he totally pwned me when he shot about 6 fireballs out, and i bounced down on top of all of them. Those things do some major damage. Onaga was pretty easy after you beat him a few times. The Kamidogu around the arena made him very easy to kill. Shao Kahn (MK2) was pretty easy, because his charging attack could easily be caught with an uppercut. Really this wasn't necessary though, because you could just beat the shit out of him by attacking him alot. His taunting opened him up alot as well. MK3 Kahn was much harder. Shang Tsung still rules though.
