I actually found him to be a pretty strong character, and those hook swords (crowbars?) were pretty cool. Ok, maybe his finishers were alittle korny (except his friendship), he story was pretty good too. Self contained, yet having only one connection (Kano), which means he could never have exhisted, and the story would remain the same.

But one thing puzzles me. If he was one of that last few people left alive, where'd he get that respirator? Besides, his look was cool, too.

His fatalities sucked, but his story and look was awesome along with the hookswords...

He was a great fighter. He was even a lot of fun when they crippled his kombos. But then again, I'd say every character is great in UMK3 and MKT, where all but 1 character is quite well balanced.

WHen i first got mk3 i was disapointed by the lack of scorpion and Kabal filled that void for me until UMK3

I like him because of his combos, they're quick, easy, and they look good.

he had a good look to him for an mk game, he was by far the best in mk3 and he had a great storyline

That run move was one of the best special moves in MK.

yeah, as said before, the fatalities bit ass. but aside from sub-zero and smoke he wasthe only good player in MK3. His story line does have potenial too.

He stole them from an abandoned hospital. Then again, all hospitals were abandoned!

I think Kabal is a cool character, but his combos weren't quite that effective against some characters. His storyline is decent and he had cool moves and fatalities, but I think it was fitting for him to die at the hands of Mavado, because I suppose there wasn't much of a future for him.

I think he was one of the best new characters. His moves kick ass. His fatalities were actually pretty funny. I liked them, but most the face/soul one.
