Not quite but if you go to gamefaqs.com and look up the MK games, they give a plot overview at the beggining of each one. If one were to copy and paste them all together he wuld have the total story.

There is no official story about mortal kombat. I did read an unofficial canon plot guide that follows the events throughout the games but no there is no official one.

Game storyline and Character bios (what it says about them in the manual, or on each individual official website, or in the game when they tell you their story)

MKDA Konquest - every fact stated in there is true.

any outside-game merchandise about Mortal Kombat that is licensed directly by Midway.
