i thought all the mk4 endings were good. Sub-zeros ending was my favorite.

My favorite warriors are Scorpion and Sub - Zero.

My problem with Scorpion's MK4 ending was that it shows Scorpion is after the younger Sub-Zero for killing his family and clan, but in MKM, Scorpion blames the older Sub-Zero. It could've been explained that Quan Chi told Scorpion that both brothers and the whole Lin Kuei clan or a group of Lin Kuei warriors killed Scorpion's family and clan, but Vogel fucked things up by having it so that Scorpion had been after Sub-Zero for many years meaning that Scorpion still thinks it's the same Sub-Zero.

As for Quan Chi's animation and all, lol..yeah...that was kind of funny actually.

Scorpion sweared vengeance against the entire Lin Kuei clan, because he was killed by one of them. He also swore to hunt down anyone of the Sub-Zero lineage.

By the way, the most retardedest ending is Jax's... And it's also my favourite!

All the MK4 endings had their flaws in terms of animation, sound, graphical errors but I think the worst one was Cyrax' MKGold ending (also see Sektors MKGold ending) because the animation for Sonya is incredibly bad, even standing still she looks like shes broken her back its just totally fucked up. Quan Chis loop in Scorpions ending is kinda funny. For ages I thought it was Tanya screaming in her ending but it was actually Liu Kang as he attempted to fly kick Shinnok (very frightened when I realised it was Kang)

The best MK4/G ending is Barakas thought. Because it has no real animation, sound, graphical problems and its really the most interesting to watch,

That's not true. Scorpion may be enemies of the Lin Kuei due to clan rivalry and all, but Scorpion swore revenge only after Sub-Zero and he had been hunting him down ever since. If you take a look at MKDA's story, it's states that Scorpion has been after Sub-Zero for many years and also, in Sub-Zero's Konquest mission about the Ice Shaker, it gives the backstory of Quan Chi framing the Older Sub-Zero for the death of Scorpion's family and clan and since Scorpion was after Sub-Zero for the same reason in Mk4, plus that whole "many years" thing, it means that Scorpion is only aware of one Sub-Zero and has been after Sub-Zero since MK1.

You know this thread was originally about the retardedness of Quan Chis loop and the crap quality of the MK4 video endings (however much I adore them) but anyway....

Well, you should play the N64 version of MK4 where they use in-game graphics. It's actually quite funny, because there's text on the bottom and when Quan Chi is doing his "noooooo", it's written as "nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnooooooooooooo!!!!!"

Also, in Sub-Zero's ending, after Scorpion says "Live well, Lin Kuei warrior", you hear someone say "Arrright".

Yes, Quan's animation did look rather goofy. In fact, pretty much ALL animations in this game look goofy. No need for Quan's to be different. ;)

Tanya, Scorpion, Shinnok, Reptie and Sonya had good voices. The others were meh!
