Why does everyone think reptile was so weak in MK2? sure he ws slower because of his projectiles but if you could play defensively and counter, his special moves were devastating to use with combos

About Me
"Is it so important that you win one last argument with him?" "No, it is not, but it is true that I will miss the arguments; they were, finally, all that we had."

Worst throughout the series:
MK1: Kano. His Cannonball had a button configuration that made it nearly impossible to pull off effectively, and his Knife Throw was fairly weak and slow. Plus, he was mostly a close-combat fighter, making him susceptable to the ranged attacks of the other characters.
MK2: Shang Tsung. Besides his morphs (which leave him very vulnerable), he only had his fireballs to fend off the opponent, as far as special attacks go, and that left him very lacking when dealing with the other characters.
MK3/UMK3/MKT: I'd have to say Sheeva, on this one. She was pretty much a female Goro clone, and not a very good one, at that. Her fireball was easilly anticipated, and her Ground Stomp and Teleport Stomp were both easilly avoided and/or stopped in their tracks.
MK4/MKGold: Shinnok, no doubt. Like Shang Tsung, he is severely lacking in moves. Unlike Shang, however, he doesn't even have a projectile of his own to use, leaving him extremely vulnerable to attack when not immitating another character.
MK:DA: I haven't played the console version, but from the handheld games, I'd have to say either Drahmin, Li Mei, or Mavado. None of these characters have a very good assortment of special moves, nor do their stances have many good combos to them. I'd have to lean more towards Drahmin, though, since his Oni and Netherealm stances seem to be poorly cobbled together from whatever fighting moves the staff at Midway could come up with.
