That character sounds similar to Lobo (minus the whole from hell part) and Lobo sucks moose. I've never understood the "culture" that is fascinated with death. Try being married and have your wife and child die in an accident and see how much you "love" death then.

Not that I want to run the risk of talking about Baraka and Lex Luthor and their MKvsDC designs, but would it help clear anything up if I just made it clear I have the biggest dick here? Could we maybe press on from this point then? Objections will only prove you're a witch!...




Is it surprising that they almost went a bit retro with their design? I'm not sure. Really is a shame the characters are all complying to a basic uniformity in size, though. The peasants might disagree, but I like that the bulkier version evokes a more immediate sense that the machinery is designed to tackle the likes of Superman.

The generic chest design has a more utilitarian look to it, too, than the L. At least with the non-descript design you can imagine him stealing Hsu Hao's chest beam, leaving Sektor and Cyrax a few moves to call their own.

I still think they should have went with his suit from Justice but whatever i'm just happy Lex is in the game.

Can't say I blame some of them, considering how much infantile bitching and whining about the DC thing has been going on ever since it was announced. It does go both ways.

The Baraka design is obviously similar to his look in Deception, but in my opinion this one is much better. He's less bulky in build - the characters all looked kind of over-sized in the previous few games - so that's a plus. His hands and blades do look kind of weird, but that's not particularly bothersome. I still am not particularly enthusiastic about Baraka as far as the character goes story-wise.

I actually really like the Lex Luthor design, though I do think it probably would've been more impressive had it been more cumbersome in size like in the comics. I look forward to eventually playing as him and seeing what his role is in the story.
