Raiden is easily one of the best looking charectors in mkda. Have you noticed how barely anyone hates him? anyway raiden has a good story and plays a big role in all mk games without him it would'nt be mk.

Raiden is pretty kool in his opinion, I luv his yell, pretty annoying, though. =P

hmm Raiden, my favorite character of all time, not only of MK but out of all videogames. he's always looked cool, and MKDA Raiden is no exception. like always, Raiden rules.
i like MKDA Raiden so much that i wrote an FAQ about him. it could be found on the GameFaqs site at:

Rayden/Raiden is one of my most favorite MK characters. He has always had a cool look and good moves. I wish that they could have given him a different fatality for MK:DA. The MK team needs to step away from his Electrocution fatality and maybe even his Uppercut Explosion fatality and put new fatalities for him. As for his storyline, I'd like to see a lot more development in that for him. Maybe he should be destroyed by the Dragon King or something like that. I remember in MK1 that Rayden was evil and how he participated in the tournament to prove that he was more powerful than any other human. I want to see a lot of surprises in Rayden's character and other characters for MK6 and future MK games.

The only gay thing about Raiden is that he was played by Christopher Lambert in the Movie

I like Raiden alot. He's so powerfull in MKDA. He moves are really effective. But the one thing I hate about him is that he's kinda "sluggish"...If you know what I mean.

Raiden is my favorite character in Mortal Kombat. I liked the fact that he is the sworn protector of Earth and he would sacrifice everything for the Earth to remain in peace.

To all of the fighters in Mortal Kombat that aren't evil, Raiden stands out to them as a guide and a father figure.

Raiden's moves are fun to perform and his fatalitys are fun to look at too.

I like raiden the most in MK:DA. I think his alternate costume is kick-ass! I was surprised to see what he looked like without his hat ( I thought he had black hair though) After all this time he finaly took that damn thing off! Oh and His weapon fuuuunnnn....

i know exactly what i mean. ive loved raiden from the very first game. i find his combos hard to pull off.

1-I hate "Raiden" i like it better "Rayden", so thats how Im gonna write his name.

Ok, Rayden simply has the coolest look of all the other raydens. He looks A LOT like the Rayden from the movies. Long White har, and that cape is awsome!

His moves are great, I love his electricity shock, I miss his torpedo, his fatality is great, his weapon is cool, and he is fats.

Overall, I give Rayden a 9.9/10.

When I first played against my brother using Raiden it was so funny pressing the black button to do that low sweep/high smash with his stick. For 3,4 fights I got flawless victory. But after he figuired the downblock, high block necessity the fun was over. His stick is quite large and takes some time to do anything with it.
His electrocution move where he picks up the enemy is so cool. Its really humiliating to the opposition seeing him scream and wave his arms and legs in the air. Very classy....
