Characters blink while fighting!

Did you notice that characters now look more realistic by closing and opening their eyes during the fight?

I just realized that by watching Scorpion vs Batman between 1:30 and 1:40 in the below movie:

Was blinking in MK: Armageddon?

Also: Welcome to Virtua Fighter: Kids... I think it was the first fighter with in game blinking. People may prove me wrong on that one though.

Some people are weird, characters blinking matters to me and some others too. It is a facial expression addition that gives a real-life character impression.

If it doesn't matter to some, please don't reply here unless it's a decent one. Don't even bother yourself entering the topic since the title is simply saying it.
