They rocked in MK4, I remember being super surprised the first time I saw Sonya's, I was expecting to see the 2 traditional pictures.

Dear lord please no picture endings. We ant CGI endings. It seems every other fighting has them but MK. I wonder why they stopped doing the cut scene endings anyway? MK4 had the best ones. And the only ones now that I think about it. Oh and MK 4 Gold, but that's pretty much the same game though.

I am perfectly fine with the slideshow or the kata endings to be honest.

More energy can go into the actual game. The story and the plot is not really dependant on movie-esque presentation that is nothing more than fluff at best.

I'm not obsessed with the endings honestly, but I did enjoy MK4's and the slideshows ending honestly. Kata ones were pretty cool too with narration
