I'm going to say I agree with you on the part of the outfits. They all look WAY too similar, and its ridiculous at this point. Mileena and Sindel are bother wearing purple, and their outfits look almost identical.

While skimpy and revealing outfits are always welcome, you're right...they are just polygons. The excessive bounciness and unrealistic anatomy gets really ridiculous...if any of the MK women were in a real fight they'd be defeated by their own breasts before anything.

But still, you need some sex appeal, and as long as its not excessive, I don't mind at all...I'd just like to see more differentiated outfits, as you pointed out.

Watch out now though...since you started this thread, I predict about 40 people will jump on you calling you gay and whatnot, because your post is rational and sensible.

after i unlocked li meis alternate outfit in DA i was happy...for one round. Kitara's second outfit was SEXY and Original and FUN ! She was wearing a brazilian bikini underneath a mini skirt but had her face painted, huge boots, leather, and her wings to make her so original. I liked Kitaras alt. much better than li meis scandolous one.

Let's hope there are 3 outfits to choose from...but once you start playing Deception in Oct. i dont think youll gripe about the costumes then !

I dont mind the skimpy little outfits! Its better than having manly looking women, all hairy and stuff. About the outfits they kinda look alike, they need to give them different colors or something, more accesories. But there is still alot more time and many things could be changed. I like skimpy female outfits!!

I'm saddens me to think that Shang is right, You are going to get about 40 posts telling you that you are gay, stupid and whatever. But, you are right... they should get some decent clothing and more human forms for some of the female Kharakters. Btw, i know that sounded weird, i don't mean any offense on you, Shang-heihachi, but i do think it is stupid the way most people behave when it comes to topics like this.

I agree it is getting out of hand with the skimpiness of the outfits. That's why I'm interested in Ashrah she looks like an interesting female FIGHTER and not a hoe. Why can't we have a female fighter that is like Rogue from xmen who has her whole body covered except her face, but still looks sexy? don't get me wrong I love T&A more than anything, but if I'm gonna pay 50 bucks for a game with girls showing tits and ass, I might as well get the real thing for the same price lol.

i agree, Sonya is the only female that looks decent and sexy in the games.

All the others look the same.

Ashrah seems to be like sonya though, nothing close to naked.

I'm afraid I'm gonna have to disagree. Take all of the female characters in MKDA for example. None of them have the same outfit design! None! And I'm not just talking about the colour. All of them were unique.
As as for women with perfect symmetry, yeah I guess to a certain extent it does matter. I mean think about it: Would you like to see female Bo Rai Chos grazing MK? I don't think so!

I agree about the skimpy outfits. I also agree that there should only be a couple female characters in the game... Sindel, Mileena, Ashrah, and 1 or 2 more but thats it. The female characters should also have different outfits and not look like eachother.

I like having alot of female characters, becuase I think it adds more diversity. But I do agree about the skimpy outfits. Having a bunch of girls in the same type of revealing costumes just takes away from the diversity. Its alrite to have a few of them, but it gets ridiculous after awhile. This is MK, not DOA. Sex does sell, but almost every fighting game has polygon girls fighting in bikinis. MK is all about originality. Lets break the trend ppl.

What about Jade? Or Tanya? There are two black fighters right there and you could possibly also consider Kai black as well.

I'm all for having more female characters in MK, the more the merrier. And yeah, I'd like to see more conservative clothing.

For me it boils down to originality and diversity. I want them to look very different, very unique, and I want it to look like it took creativity. Skimpy or not matters less to me then cool looking or not. It can be simple, it can cover a body completely, whatever. It can still look really cool and be awesome.

jade and tanya weren't black. they were only much tanner to distinguish the pallette swappin. kai was black, but no one cares about him.

Well I guess im one of the weirdos who enjoy the skimpy outfits. Its not a must for me, however i dont see what wrong with a little sex appeal. Im not a pervert and im not lonely. Im a happily newly married man, and I still say as long as they kick ass and have fighting as the main priorty, why not look good while kicking my ass. The way I see it, the only reason the females in MK look skimpy and revealing is for easier mobility

Well if your talking about diversity, i dont think there has been any hispanic fighter. Bo Rai Cho if you read it means "drunk" in spanish but is just spelled incorrectly. Does anyone know what bo rai cho is supposed to be?
