I look at mk:a as a different game online and offline.

The point HJ brought up I mentioned way back...Red likes playing online and likes MK, yet will bash the hell out of it at times, hates lag when that's apart of online gaming...it makes no sense.

lag is the biggest bullshit thing ever.

if a game is made for "online play" what percentage of mka u think gets played offline. maybe they should test the game online, since no one plays offline, and adjust frame rates accordingly.

if they make a move that takes 10 frames to recover ofline, hell make it 15 than, since u are losing 5 frames once u log online.

plus there should be a certain uplaod u must have to play online. cause we dont have these shitty broadband companys in out area, yet people like bobby and others in midwest cant get real highspeed.

so if u think he cares, play him, cuz im sure despite how he feels about lag, and the games flaws, he still enjoys playing it. dont knock him for it. its his choice to feel however he wants. and is well within his right to do so.

That's true, he does have the right to feel how he wishes however just to let you know man so does everyone else. Most here if not all disagree with him concerning the "lag card" , the point mav is pointing out I've seen other players point out in the past. Alex, malone, killer b, mav, myself etc. Shall I go on?

Despite how much skill or not 33 and AC require, it doesn't sound good to the average competitive player to hear " well I'm not playing you because I can't abuse the hell out of the games glitches against you" or you had an online advantage" cause your connection isn't up to par to keep up with the games glitches....ummm that attitude would turn off a lot of players seriously. Do you know how bad that sounds?

I'll admit it turns me off, which is one of the reasons why I dread playing players like Red because I know which ever the outcome is there will be complaining...I have no problem coming out and saying so either. That's how I feel.

These are respectable players that feel the same way for the most part, people have to deal with it online or simply don't play a game online. My motto. I have yet to beat eazy in MKA online(not the case in MKD) but in MKA...I feel the connection is crap when I play him so I'm allowed to use that as an excuse should I lose? Afterall, I beat him every time in MKD, yet in MKA I can't and noticed he's next to me one moment, yet far another moment....

You will never ever play any game online that doesn't experience lag at times...I've played online at my friends house who has verizon fios, the fastest thing out here in NYC area and he's even lagged here and there.

and not one player u mention has an upload close to mine, so u find someone with numbers even close to my range. if not the vids say it all.

I have never posted here before,But i must say those 14 matches that i just watched were disturbing. Both of you had patterns that were so easy to see and neither one of you bothered to catch on to the other.

How the hell did Scorpion lose to Ermac???? That was sad. Im not here to diss anybody,Im just saying if your going to record fights online,atleast show some style lol.

Red,Why didnt you parry Ermac or Jareks combos weapon combo?

MKF,Why didnt you parry when Red did Scorps 2,3,up+4? Or just wait for his Dashes? Then punish.

Karate...I hear what you are saying...but I will say this. In defense of Red and MKF. I have seen both...especially MKF play ALOT better. Red was unwilling to adapt and MKF had no need to adapt. I think they were both a little nervous going into the "big match".

@Red...please point out the thread in which you complained about lag in a winning effort. Send me the link. Also....lag is lag. It is a given. Unless its impossible to overcome you just need to adapt. From what I saw on your caps your bad gameplay cost you the match waaaay more than lag. But you will never admit that and that is why the field is catching up to you. In MKD you were better than average. In MKA you are JUST average. As far as life...you are clearly below avg. My basis for saying this is because if you were avg or above in life you could admit defeat in a silly videogame...but you continue to come up with excuses for your loss like the one you are about to do.

On the contrary dude, I did wait and punish his dashes once I detected his pattern it wasn't very hard. His game is all around "glitches" and nothing but.

After I noticed his JK into dash, although sometimes only so much I can do with that since it's a glitch...he often dashed and charged me. That one Jarek/Kabal match I parried him a lot in the subway because I knew what was coming.

As far as not parrying his kicks, you're right I should have but did however parry his sword a few times I remember and yeah like I said I don't know how I won that match, I just figured let me turtle a little, get some breathing room and focus attacking. If he parries me, he parries me...he doesn't seem to is another reason why I kept doing the Jarek/Ermac combos. I was actually surprised a bit considering how much he's always going on about parrying in between combos.

I'm a tricky player with Ermac, I might not be a combo king nor a fancy player with him but I get the job done more often then not with him. I was surprised about that win and also the Kabal/Fujin first match, that's a mismatch as far as tiers but nobody on here plays Fujin like I do at this point in time. Beating a Kabal with him is incredibly hard.

Mav uses him too but I don't know how good or bad he does against Red with him.

Mavs Fujin vs Red = only his bo can consistently beat him. This is another reason I knew my Fujin would be on top. Also MKF after observing your match and recalling our match. I think my Fujin has caught up quite a bit. to yours. There are a few useful techniques and set ups that i use that I dont think you use. Plus I have done a better job at incorporating the weapon into my Fujin game. With my Fujin against the majority of the characters it isnt if I am goin to win its how. The only thing is that there are some match-ups I have a real probem with (sareena, Raiden, Bo) Scorps and Drahmins are hard...but do-able. There is another hi-level Fujin and that is DNC. His Fujin reminds me ALOT of my own...maybe even better.

Interesting side bar. I think that my Frost has surpassed my Fujin considerably. I can probably beat more characters with Frost than i can with Fujin,

I'm sure yours has improved, mine as also. Depending on the foe, will determine how I play. Now with the lag, Red's glitch game I was playing VERY carefully with him as you can see. Some players I'll go offense with him, others defensive. Either tactic I can be really annoying, when I first played him I was only doing just basic tactics now I can use him for offense or defense. He's already a great defensive character as I'm sure you know.

DNC's FTR isn't bad but I beat him in the two mirrors we had via Fujin matches. I thought yours was a bit better IMO. His isn't bad though. The 3rd match he gave me Fujin against my Ermac, I beat him. His isn't bad but IMO needs some work on a few things with him. Then after that he didn't give me him anymore.

Fujin's weapon isn't the best in the game, but it is good for a few tricks when used correctly.
