I believe this roster is well balanced between good and evil, as well as iconic characters from all MK. I really hope Lui Kang and Johnny Cage are in this, because they'll take slots that could be given to much worthier characters.

DC
1) Batman (confirmed)
2) Superman (confirmed)
3) Flash (confirmed)
4) Catwoman (confirmed)
5) Wonder Woman (given)
6) Joker (highly likely)
8) Green Lantern (The last of DC's "big five", John or Hal)
9) Despero (not sure how iconic this one is, but he makes sense because he is a physically and mentally powerful villain, and an enemy of the whole DCU and not just one hero)
10) Deathstroke (popular villain. highly skilled in armed and hand-to-hand kombat)
11) A Teen Titan, most likely Cyborg, Starfire, Raven, Nightwing, or Robin. Though the last too would make the DC roster too Bat-heavy.

A well balanced and representative roster. I'd prefer Hal Jordan as Green Lantern, but given WB/DC's recent trend as using John Stewart asGL in media outside of comics, that's most likely who we'll get. I hope we get a Titan that isn't a Bat-prodigy, because that would be more representative of the whole DCU, and not just Gotham.
