man, this game is looking better by the minute. just one thing though, those who think that its li mei performing the leg rip fatality, it is actually mileena performing it on li mei.

and those fatalities actually made me sick............ a little.

The trailers both look awesome. I love Hotaru's fatality... and that leg rip fatality also looks awesome. Ben is great on first impression, at least design-wise... we'll see how he plays.

One thing though, I didn't hear much voice differentiation, and most unarmed fighting styles looked very familiar to me.

What do y'all think, is it Darou, a previously unknown cat or just a stand in for konquest mode?

I noticed that impaling moves seem to back in. In the scene where Nightwolf kicks an unidentified kombatant off the arena (Video 1 @ 0:38), the kombatant is impaled with one of his arrows with blood gushing out. There's also a screen shot in one of the recent interviews with Boon and Podlasek that shows Nightwolf shooting it. Keep in mind that at this time his weapon seems to be the dual tomahawks. Nice to see that they plan to keep his moves similar to games past.

Look in the back ground, it's the Choose your destiny background from the third game. Looks rather ODD.

If im correct though, this is from the board game. When the two characters meet, you have to battle to decide who gets the square. im assuming most of the battles for the board game will be stages like this, very nostalgic, and probably no death traps, because that would probably throw off the balance of the board game. The background probably plays just like and MK:DA one, still very cool! where's a 3d Living forest!! that would look great.

Everything looks awesome. The game play, the stages, the fatalities, the new characters. I was reading this at work thread and heard you guys talk about the fatalities. The one where Hotaru slams his opponent to the ground and then he explodes. I thought OMG not again exploding body’s but when I saw it for myself I changed my mind, it looks really good and so do the other fatalities. Ben looks great too IMO. He is a promising character.

I can’t wait for E3 to see more, I hope they will reveal the rest of the characters at E3. And Konqrr, thanks for helping us out with the high resolution trailer.

Shao did have horns on his helmet. He could have made a new helmet with bigger horns. Just a possibility but its not far fetched he could be in the game. We know he wasnt killed in MK DA.

PuzzleKombat looks alot like Dr.Mario. Stages look alot better, DOA3 quality indeed.
