hope they show more about some of the other charachters returning sawell but i fear it will all be in conquest mode

I'm confused. Didn't someone from the MK team say something about Khan being in it? Or does it look like the ultimately scrapped that idea or something.

i dont think that this is the only FMV in the game cause there is always the Baraka vs Mileena movie, but then again that might just be an promo thing like the Scorpian vs Quan Chi movie in MK:DA

I have Divx installed but still the movie locks itself up after the first 3 or 4 seconds. Has anyone else got this problem or does anyone know how to fix it?

im not a moany person but this is just me i didnt reallt like it that much they didnt show hardly any characters are there more fmv ? i thought we were gona see kitana getting taken by the dragon king that would of been great kitana trying to fight him and i thought we would of seen how characters get involved in the story ect but oh well cant win um all i guess lol

One thing always confused me.
Isn't Raiden meant to have no powers in Outworld (or is that just a movie thing?).
Maybe he loses his like uber powers (like opening portals) and keeps a few tricks, heh.

But hell with that, that intro is AWESOME!

I though the movie was fitting to set up the next game, the look on Quan Chi's face when Raiden joined in was priceless and I liked the touch of the Nomads (Baraka's) outside the hall where the explosion took place.. two of them I think.

All in all I give the movie 9/10, it could have had more characters in it but im not complaining too much about that.

Never mind. There was a newer version of Divx available; the movie works fine now.

I hope the "super unlockables" are Quan Chi and Shang Tsung. Those new moves are too cool to not give someone.

I think the fire snake move that Shang Tsung does could qualify as a fatality.

That was absolutly amazing.

Holy shit... I'm not easily impressed... But that was awesome... Nice little twist to the story, and it opens up more discussions than it closes. The CG shows a vast improvement over MK:DA - Shang Tsung looks very evil indeed. Excellent choreography too. For everyone just reading transcripts and summaries, words do not do it justice, it's that good.

damn looks like Liu Kang is the only one who can save the world again..

It's pretty good but I'm not all that Impressed. Its started very good with the fighting but once they started to use their fireballs, it was a little too much. I mean they used their fireballs way too much. I would have prefered more fighting.
Shang lost to liu Kang in MKDA's intro, He lost until Quan Chi showed up. He lost again but this time against Chi. Damn, why are they making Tsung so powerless?!?!?
I had imagined an Air fight between the DK and Raiden for the sacrifice.
The Best moments in the fighting are Raiden's double jump kick against Tsung and Chi and Raiden's Throw against Chi.

After I finished the movie, that was my very first thought! Shunjinko does sound a lot like Splinter :-p First, Sub-Zero looks like Shredder, now Shunjinko sounds like Splinter!

Anywho, the movie was indeed awesome, nice graphics and everything. Although I wish there were more characters in the video, it's still awesome!
