Actually, Noob Saibot was introduced in MK2 as a black Scorpion, and in MK1, Reptile was introduced as a green Sub-Zero/Scorpion hybrid, as he had both their special moves and fatalities. Either way, I bet that both Chameleon and Khameleon can become their own characters just as easily as Noob Saibot, Smoke, and Reptile did. I want to see them both in Armageddon, and I'm sure they they'll both be brought in, one way or another.

Good point. Oh well, I guess we'll see what happens. We all know that the MK team has no problem retconning the storyline. I just hope Khameleon makes the cut.

I just bought MK Trilogy for PS today, and I have had the N64 version for a long time....I just have to say that Khameleon has a better storyline, but Chameleon is way, way better IMO.

here's my idea for chameleon.
Name: Chameleon
Origin: Zaterra
Allignment: Neutral
Allies: Khameleon, Reptile.
Foes: Shao Khan, Onaga.
Bio: I am Chameleon, for many year's I falsely served Shao Khan. Many people believed me to be Shao Khan's greatest warrior, but I was merely using him to find my true target- Reptile. Upon hearing of Shao Khan's aparent death I sought to find my only true ally, my sister and the Matriarch of the Saurian race Khameleon. Upon finding my sister I told her of Shao Khan's aparent death. That was when she gave me the worst news i could ever hear. Reptile's body was possessed by some former ruler of Outworld this ruler's name was Onaga.
Alt Bio: After hearing of how Onaga was using Reptile's body as a host my sister told me that she could still sense Reptile's essence, so we decided to try and join the Earthrealm warrior's to defeat Onaga. However, we were to late to join them but we did see Queen Sindel and her good friend Jade in Edenia. We followed them to a tomb of some kind but we sensed another two presences following them so we hid in the tomb. We witnessed Onaga defeat Sindel, Jade and Kitana once she had turned on him. Onaga then started speaking some sort of ancient language and with an illuminating green light Onaga's essence lept from Reptile's body and into a sarcophagus in an ancient coffin. Onaga then arose in his true body, then went on to say that he was going to have his revenge against Shao Khan saying that a dead clone was not going to fool him, he then left leaving the unconscious bodies of Sindel, Jade, Kitana and our fellow Saurian Reptile, finally we have accomplished our task of finding Reptile. The only thing left- kill Shao Khan and eradicate Onaga.

You know, I've heard of this before too. The rumor is that she only appears for a brief second when you open a chest or something. The same way that Kintaro does in Earthrealm. Doubt it's true but you never know.

You mean Khameleon had A story line. Chameleon did not have one so technically one person can't have a better one. (better needs 2)

That's not a story, or a bio for that matter. It's just a peice of information said when it says "prepare to battle one of kahns deadliest warriors"
If you say that then you could also say "changing colors" or his name being chameleon, is part of his storyline.

But it is all we know, btw I think Khameleon can be found in E-4 or E-5

you better record it other wise nobody will believe you (cause i personally didn't see her anywhere but i didn't see kintaro either)

If it works anything like the Kintaro appearance did, and she appears when you open a chest, I'd presonally reccomend saving before going into the forest - aand in that case, it'll only work in a game where no chests in there have been opened. Make sure to keep the volume up at all times to listen for that telltale "poof" sound sometimes heard.

Weird I never heard of KZintaro only Motaro and Khameleon

yeah i saw motaro and a friends claims to have seen kintaro but i've never heard of khameleon...maybe the grey thing people saw was smoke.

Kintaro appears in Earthrealm, in the forest area directly in front of the village. There is a chest you can open, once you do, Kintaro will walk out from behind a nearby tree, and disappear in a puff of smoke. You can't talk to him.

It will probably only work if you start Konquest from the beginning. Even then she'd be hard to find. But if Meat is in Konquest (and he was only a costume), I think Khameleon should probably be in there as well.
By the way, this thread has grown HUGE. On other MK forums, there are huge Khameleon threads as well. This should be a message to Ed Boon and co.
Out of Khameleon, Chameleon, and Meat, I'd say Khameleon stands as the most sensible and valid choice to be in Armageddon. I'm not just saying that because I'm a girl. I mean, it would be pretty stupid to have two characters in the same game with the same name (Sub Zero, anybody?), so if they had to choose between them, it'd make more sense for my girl Khameleon to make it, since if Chameleon made it, the last two known Saurians would be males.
This is just my point of view. I personally have nothing against Chameleon. I just prefer Khameleon and don't want to see the roster watered down too much.

well of course out of the two she would be in the game, but i just honestly don't think she'll be there.
