And you know how?
Because you're a master fake maker? Because we all know that Midway doesn't cut corners?
For Christ's sake, shut up.
Stop lying, Cinder didn't confirm it was fake.

Not to be rude (but you were, so hey, it's all relative) but...
Because it's friggin obvious. Put the that picture side by side with the render of LI Mei from Deadly Alliance from which it was obviously photoshopped.
Even the emblem on Khameleon's Chest is just the one from Li Mei's copied and flipped to double it up. They also have the same choker, and oh yeah, the exact same friggin pose and hair.
I'm not saying Cinder ever said it was fake, and I'm not saying Midway couldn't have been the ones who made it (just as a concept I guess) but that's definately just a rework of an old Li Mei render.
And yes, my bachelor's degree of fine arts in media arts and animation, and the 22 page (and still growing) graphic design & animation portfolio in the trunk of my car qualifies me the position of "master fake maker." There is not a single ounce of doubt in my mind that that picture was photoshopped from the old Li Mei render. By Midway, the magazine, or a fan, is anyones guess.

Okay, and I'm not disagreeing with you that it is a rework of Li Mei's...But it's not a phoney image like the one made of the cast render which included Tremor and such.
I'm saying that it's from the magazine and could be the concept they'RE using for Khameleon.
The image might just be a rework, but it's not fake.
That's all I was getting across - and you simply helped confirm it.

My bad. Cinder has confirmed that that render is phoney, a fake someone whipped up.

FAKALITY!!
Seriously, I don't think this is an official artwork, it would be stupid, and an evident lack of creativity...:/

Too bad it's fake...
Or is it?
I'd be really happy if it turned out to be ture because she looks really pimp to me.
Of course I know the chances of this being a big cover up and she's really in it and that was a leaked scan is about as high as seeing them add president Bush to the line up. Imagine that though...
