right...like khameleon is this saving grace that just HAS to be in the game...they've each been in one game...i thinking equal opportunity at this point.
i still think all of them will be forgotten and far as the actual fighting game goes.

probably...but if they were the stories would probably be crap, and they'd probably have awful fighting styles.

Khameleon is up there in my top 10. I think females are vastly underrepresented in the MK universe. Reptile is also in my top 10, and I want their story to pan out.
The others I couldn't care less about. Mean, Chameleon (it's stupid to have 2 characters with the same name), Skarlett, Tremor, Tasia, Jataaka, Kia, No Face. All useless I think.

What it really comes down to is this:
Khameleon was a part of the story. Chameleon wasn't. Okay, so, if we have both characters in the game, it's kind of stupid considering that they have the same name. If we have to choose between one or the other, do we go with the male or the female? Well, having the last 2 saurians (Reptile and Chameleon) be males would be kind of pointless. Having a male and female, however, would make sense since they could mate.
Meat wasn't really a character. People only want Tremor back because he's a ninja. The days of pallette-swapping ninjas are long gone (thank God), and I'm a big fan of making each of the former ninjas as different from one another as possible.
Plus, all of those characters mentioned was in one game only (oh yeah, I forgot, Meat was in Deception's Konquest mode for about 3 seconds). Khameleon was in one game.
She is the most qualified and sensible choice for Armageddon. Tremor, No Face, etc. were never in any of the fighting games. I don't understand what is so cool about Mean.
Plus, being a girl, I am all about the little soap opera story between Reptile and Khameleon. What can I say? I'm a sucker for romance, and MK males already greatly outnumber females anyway. Give my girl Khameleon a chance.

i see no reason why all the "unpopular" characters are not going to be in and khameleon is. I understand that khameleon has more of a story, but hell, im sure ed boon can make them, tie into each other. thAT WOULD BE COOl

Guess what the "unpopular" characters had no story, no look of their own, Chameleon was just another pallete swap, and Meat didn't have anything his own except a look. And I think Tremor has potential NOT because he's a ninja, but because he hasn't been explored yet.

id only want the dead black dragons back if the red dragon got some new people as well.

I went back to load my bonus. I totally forgot that Khameleon was listed as Reptile's ally. I'm pretty sure she'll be there. I'm hoping that they add Chameleon too. because i miss the transparent morphing ninja.

that means nothing, kahn has shag tsung still listed as an ally and sheeva as well, so yeah, those bio cards can't really be trusted.

But as said before Khameleon plays a key role in what will happen to Reptile.

Well Khameleon is an actual character...the fact that the only game she was in she was a secret character does not make her any less important than the main characters. Why? because her status as a secret character reflects her perfectly because it follows her story....she was hiding away trying to get to reptile and not get caught so it would make perfect sense to have her as a secret character and not selectable straight out. So being a secret character in MKT kinda was her way of being a main character just like reptile was a secret character in MKI. He wasnt playable but his role was he hide in the shadows to protect Shang. Well guess what? In MKT Khameleon did the same and hid in the shadows also...only she was playable.
There is only one huge factor that bothers me about Khameleon. I greatly wish her to be in MKA but Reptiles appearance wouldnt make any sense unless she is hiding. According to the Saurion race the farther away the matriarch is from an individual the more the individual de-evolves. Khameleon wasn't present since MKT and because of that after MKT reptile started to de-evolve further and further which hints that Khameleon was getting farther and farther way from reptile. And it is safe to assume Khameleon is the matriarch of the Saurion race because she is the only female. Once she left reptile lost his invisibility powers, force orb powers etc.
Now in MKA reptile is still in a primative state looking more like a raptor so logically this means that Khameleon can not be in the game because if she was then there would be some sign of reptile re-evolving to perhaps his MK4 look and regaining some abilities. The only way i see around this dilemma is this:
Khameleon is the matriarch and like most matriarch of races she can release pharamones that control the males. Perhaps she excreted a pharamone during Trilogy that made reptile devolve. the reason for this is that now she can get close to reptile and he wont re-evolve. Why would she want to restrict reptile from re-evolving? Because Khan wants to kill her and maybe Khan uses reptile as a radar detector so if he starts to evolve then he knows Khameleon is near and can set a trap for her. This is a natural way for Khameleon to slip into the tournament undected by Khan or his minions.
Also as far as we know Reptile never encountered Khameleon...the only clue we have is his alliances list from MKDA. Yet no bio anywhere ever mentioned them meeting (well except for Khameleons ending which i dont think was canon)...Why? because if they met then reptile would turn on Khan from what he did to his race. I think it is safe to say that Reptile is still clueless to his origins. So then why does he have Khameleon as an ally? Because of the Pharamones releases by Khameleon. Animals can tell alot by an individuals pharamones and smells such as dogs...they can tell how someone feels, if they are sick, how strong they are ect. all by pharamones and smell. So if Khameleon did release any then reptile knows of her and knows she is a friend.
I think this is a loop hole to keeping reptile in his current raptor form and also including Khameleon in MKA. I think reptile will encounter her find everything out and turn on khan with her aid and they will repopulate outworld with their race.
Chameleon is a different story and i will talk about him when a thread comes up like this one about him. if one comes up lol
*Edit- Sorry i actually thought of another way around the de-evolution thingy. Since Khameleon hasn't been able to contact Reptile her fertility period is decreasing. she need to reproduce before she becomes infertile. Because of her reproduction stage nearing to a close this is causing her to de-evolve, she's getting weaker. Since she is the matriarch all the other saurions also de-evolve with her. So this is why reptile is de-evolving...because Khameleon is de-evolving. So this will put Khameleon is a primative saurion outfit....similar to the concept drawn by TomTaz in the Fan Submission Forum. So if Khameleon is now near reptile wont evolve because Khameleon is de-evolved......
lol when you look at this loop hole if you want to be blunt about it Khameleon is getting weaker because she isn't getting laid lol. Her whole purpose since MKT was to have sex lol. She's a Nympho.

ya know. IF MKO interview's Ed Boon again. they should ask if Khameleon
