FLStyle, my point is that people shouldn't get flamed for trying to post information. Could he have phrased it differently? Of course, I agree that Kitana might be unlockable in MK:D is much better than Kitana is unlockable, but that's just nitpicking. I know this isn't a perfect world, and people will flame others, but which is worse? The person that makes a mistake, or the A-hole that tells them they should rot in hell for it?
There is a certain group of snobs on this board, like Humulis, who like to berate what other people say. So if n00bs are annoying for posting news that's old, or making assumptions and "clogging" the board (give me break, like the damn thing doesn't cycle in a day or two anyways), then know that it's just as annoying when some of the so called hardcore of this board feel the need, no, the sense of duty, to chastise these newer people. All they do is keep the thread at the top, piss people off, offend the original poster, and make certain people look like they have superiority issues.
Again, is it really that hard to ignore a post like this? Say something like "this is old news" and move on. Again, just my two cents.

dudes, face it. Kitana still has a storyline going on. If they decide to get rid of the DK in this game, then i think Kitana will be a SU.If they say something like Kitana will continue the legacy of the DK or something like that, then she'll most likely appear in the next MK and not the this one. But if the DK is killed off for good, then Kitana will have a big role to play in this game, and she has to be in it somehow. As a SU most probably. Now all this is just pure speculation but for those Kitana haters out there, you have to admit that she still has something going on for her.

So you are saying that someone with less visits than others are a "n00b"? Very interesting considering I have a very small number of visits here but I am defiently not a newbie or a "n00b" to Mortal Kombat.

Anyways, I really don't like Kitana and I hope that she doesn't appear in Deception. But sadly, I know she is most likely to pop up in another MK game in the future.

I've put IS for the following reasons:
1. In order to inform the people who didn't see Kitana's bio pics yet.
2. To be more informed about the issue.
3. I was expecting to have good/bad replies, I got a lot of negative replies and my thread isn't closed yet which is a clue that Kitana should be unlockable.
I think the discussion forum is made for posting personal opinions and to read or reply isn't obligatory.

By the way, if u go to www.mkdeception.com u'll find that Kitana is mentioned in 3 characters' bios which is pretty enough evidence that she might be unlockable in MK:D.

There is a lot of characters mentionned in bios : Shinnok, Quan Chi, Shao Kahn, Kung Lao, this is not really a proof... :/

I hate Scorpion and Sub-Zero...so everyone can like different characters to eachother.
Alot of you in here have a problem with women, thats quite obvious. It concerns me, I find it a little worrying, but it's not my problem. And I certainly have no right to tell anyone who they should like or why. So I don't think other people should do it either. If someone chooses to like Kitana, then good for them. In my opinion, she is one of the best characters in the MK series, but I'm not going to preach, I am going to play the game as her, and be happy! Now, if you dont like her, select someone else and do the same.
