I'm going to get a Masters in Education. Basically it is so I can become a principal when I'm too old and don't feel like coaching anymore.

Yea i want to do PT...but i also LOVE exercise physiology...Phys classes are why i came to college in the first place.

I am thinking about getting my masters in ex phys and working for Nike in the test lab or something. But i want to do PT to. I also want to teach later on in life after i get tired of PT and Nike.

gym teacher is the ultimate job. Summers off, no paper work, no grading papers, writing on boards, making up and marking test, play sports all day, get out before 5, did I mention summere off.

I actually really envy what you're going to be doing. I realized how much I love that stuff after working with personal rehabilitation people with my KNEE, when I busted my MCL. You know how when we talk on the phone I love talking about this stuff, sorry could be annoying but it really interests me.

Dude, teaching High School P.E. has got to be one of the worst jobs of all time. Think about this... In High School who has to take P.E.? ANY sport, Band, Cheerleading, those little flag girls (Flaggots as we called them), or even Ag count in place of P.E. Who does this leave left? It leaves all the fuckers who don't care and who don't want to do ANYTHING. This means you are stuck with sub-par equipment and facilities trying to motivate the most unmotivated, usually most untalented kids in the entire school. That is why almost all High School P.E. classes are worthless. I've been doing field experience for school and every P.E. teacher I talk to seems SO unbelievably unhappy. This is why I'm getting certified to teach History also, the typical coach/history teacher.

@atari, the most I worked was 2 jobs with (off the books jobs) here and there. Hey one of them although seasonal was the summer where I worked at a ballpark got paid 10 an hour just to stand there pretty much lol. Can't beat that considering most jobs starting pay is less and are a lot tougher then usual. I did have another job at a foodstore but quit that job do to overnight hour requirements(I don't drive right now) so that's why that job didn't work out unfortunately.

Before those two jobs I was with a company for 6 and half years man before I quit back in may, the company brought in a new boss(major bitch) that everyone hated and they were going thru some revamping with cutting hours and such so I said ok...good bye. It was the right thing to do.

Now I work in retail but might quit should this other job come thru for me which is a newer store opening up somewhat near me.

With the exception of this year Atari, I was with one stable job for 6 and half years, longer then most people stick to a job now days unless it's a union job or very good office job.

Besides, I wanted to try new things out for myself to see what I like and what I don't. The ballpark job was awesome, ushering and section security was fun. I got to watch ball games for free, get paid for it and 99% of the time do nothing but watch the game

Atari, you are incorrect. MKA was "dead" at the time of its conception, at the time the Powers That Be at Midway got together and decided to make a fighting game based on a broken 4 years old game engine, with 62 characters + KAK mode, on two consoles, and in less than 2 years.

You see, MKA suffers from a number of design flaws and those are the kind that, unless detected very early, are very, very hard or impossible to fix. What killed MKA before it was even born were these two reasons:

1. Lack of vision.
2. Greed.


I don't know if VF5 is THE best 3D fighting game ever made, but it most likely is one of the best (I am getting it for Christmas, btw).

Addition of KAKs + bosses to online play is the one that still puzzles me till today. I just don't understand it. How could they be so naive to have sat around around the table and thought this was such a good idea? How?

I think it was a good idea. KAK's could be VERY fun. However, they obviously didn't test core gameplay online properly so you know they definitely didn't check and test the KAK's. That's why nearly all of them are broken and instant God-Tiers.

As for bosses... I think that's ok, too. It makes sense that you can't juggle/throw them and all that garbage. The only problem I have is that you can't turn them off like you can with KAK's.

Why is it that we, the gamers, have little influence over how the game should be when we are the ones spending money and keeping this industry alive. We've asked for the removal of glitches that lead to infinites what they give us is a game with less infinites and freethrows but the addition of KAKS and bosses doesn't make it any better in fact its kind of like a smack in the face. What I want is a completely balanced game similar to teken in style with a unique air combat style instead of the shitty air combat style mka incorporates where each character has the same move set.

Because they could skip all that work, put the game out earlier, and we all still gave them our money just so we could bitch about how dissappointed we are at this piece of shit that we have spent countless hours playing .

They have a responsibility to their consumers to put out a quality game. Don't we as consumers have a responsibility not to buy shitty games? They got our money, which made their negligence ok. A good game for us is one that you described. For those guys a good game is one that makes money.

Either that, or they just really thought MKA was quality... At least the first option means they are capable of coming out with something good.

It sucks because it's hard to know if you'll like the game until you buy it. You can read reviews but there is so much bias with that shit. A reviewer might hate t but I might love it! I hate midway. They make me spend money on shit ass games. Unfortunately I'll probably continue to do so.

I myself picked up a new fighter!!!

Fight Club based off the movie. I paid 2.99 for it used. This game sucks beyond description, but the gameplay is still better than MKA. This game has a real defensive strategy and wake ups actually work. I havent gone online yet, still in practice mode. Very similar to Tekken with the timed combos.

Damn this game is so fucking terrible...its FUN. Anyone interested???? Youd get a real laugh. Im dying to have a tourney with some of you.

See if you can pick up a copy for 5 bucks or so. You can always use it as a Christmas ornament afterwards.

Just a little sidenote, for the people complaining about KAK..you do know you can block them right? At least on xbox anyway....


Besides, If you guys should visit the MKA forums here and there (people that hate the KAK option I'm referring to) because there are tons of players that wanted it just to make their "dream character" not to go online and try to beat everyone with, artists for one, comic guys, in fact I have a thread on the MKA forums just for that and it has around 970 replies with sick looking KAKs. I for one wanted it more for this reason as well and had no intention of going online with it, too easy to win that way.

So, not all KAK players are like those players online that suck in the game and try to get easy wins with their broken KAK..

Just wanted to point that out.

P.S. Atari Fight Club sucks dude lol, game is nowhere near any MK game...Tao Feng is better then FC and that game was really bad but fun though. I'm just waiting anxiously for MK8 news
