Come on, man. You, supporting this Web site and its people, have no right to criticise JTF and his Web site. I have seen the ways people do business on here, and that is why I have visited MKO maybe ten times ever since I signed onto MKC.

With that said, I disagree with JTF closing his Web site but the fact is that a lot of you are completely disrespectful and act immaturely seven days a week. You believe you can do whatever you want because of the Web site's limited rules.

I will tell you why I have never gotten any personal warnings from JTF even though I was the one who:

1. falsely accused his Web site of reading people's private messages

2. enganged in flame wars almost every day with ARCADE

3. criticised his decision of permenantly banning Check (back then) and permenantly banning Reo (last week)

4. criticised his ways of sometimes taking gameplay online to personal levels

I have said all of this to JTF's face yet you never see us fight to the extent some of you fight with him. That is because most fights can be solved when you argue them like an adult, and not like a stubborn 12 year old child.

JTF, if you are reading this, re-open MKC immediately while you still can. Do not let one user get to you. A lot of people (Wiidoshi, Gerchap, Bobby, etc.), and especially you, have worked hard to make MKC a success. Lately, I felt like MKC has put itself in a great position for the upcoming MK Vs. DC. There is no way you can defend his action(s). And dude, you didn't 'falsely' accuse him of reading PMs.. That is exactly what happens. He reads PMs behind users' back to control what gets circulated. I left the site for that one reason because it violates the ethical conduct of a Web administrator. That was a red hearing which I never ignored.

That said, I do agree with you that users (mostly MKC/XBL users) act so petulant almost 9days a week. They have lost regards for rules and seem unable to understand why the rules are in place. However, while JTF created a beautiful site, he is the last person to be in a position to critique any user's conduct. He has even sold NTSC players the BS about how ALL PAL players are no0bs and why he is the only sane player on server. I lived on both sides of the Atlantic so I was able to see through his garbage but unfortunately, many bought it.

So you see, Dave, there is no way in hell you can reason with that guy especially if you take a firm stance against his petulant ways.

What we are seeing right now is exactly what goes on inside JTF's mind and there is no coming back from this. This is it! JTF may not be an angel because all of us make mistakes but he is certainly not the villain MKF and you have tried to portray him as for years. Besides, I can reason with JTF just like I can reason with the vast majority of players in this community.

You do not have to like JTF but you have to appreciate his genius in creating a great Web site for competitive Mortal Kombat and other fighting game fanatics. It is a site for people who actually play fighting games for the fighting. MKC is the closest thing (aside from Ultimate MK, which mostly concentrates on 2D Mortal Kombat games anyway) that the Mortal Kombat series has that can be compared to other hardcore gaming Web sites, such as Tekkenzaibatsu.com, Shoryuken.com, Caliburforums.com, etc. That is why 90% of all competitive players fled over there.

I, and many others, would hate to see it go. I am sure that JTF and Bobby will implement the appropriate changes that are needed in order to bring back the site. I would certainly hate to stick around here come MK Vs. DC. In fact, if I have stay on MKO, I would rather not post at all. This web site has some of the most power-driven and corrupt moderators I have ever seen.

So lemme get all of this bullshit straight...

1.JTF and Meso were about to play some games
2.JTF refused to play Meso because he "bitches about lag"
3.Meso "calls him out" on it in a new thread
4.JTF obviously don't like that so he put in a quick word and deleted it
5.Meso trys to reason with JTF in the shoutbox but gets silenced
6.Everyone else that was on at the time either backed up meso (and got silenced) or sat back and enjoyed the arguments (like I would have)

There are no contradictions here. Anything you have said about JTF and MKC I can say about MKO. How about the fact that 90% of all competitive players abandoned MKO? The respective PlayStation 2 and X-Box forums were "ghost towns" for many, many months. Such amount of players do not just leave for absolutely no reason, you know? In fact, and I would not be surprised, if today was one of the biggest traffics that the PS2 and X-Box forums had received in probably 5-6 months.

I am unaware of the beef that some users have with JTF. I know a lot of it started with MKF; an individual who, in my opinion, has no credibility because one out of every two users dislikes him. I am also unfamiliar with your situation and, thus, I can only judge JTF by what happens to me and by what happens to the people close to me in this community. Quite frankly, I do not have the time to analyze every minor beef that comes up with person X and JTF.

I just hope that MKC re-opens. Some may not like JTF but many agree that MKC is a much better Web site than MKO. I will be posting there again if everything goes well. You may post here. I have no problem with that whatsoever.

M2Dave...This was brought on by JTF and JTF only. If you have the chance to read the thread i opened you will see the respect i had for JTF and the site. I asked it even be moved to the nether realm in order for the argument to not take over the general forum.

He decided to insult me and call me a "lowly human" and close the thread. The rest is as was said.

Reasoning with JTF is generally not an option with something that makes him wrong...but when 5-6 people are calling him out, the only thing he knows how to do is run and throw a tantrum.

I tried to be reasonable but...so did everyone else. He just doesn't like me...i think that is mainly because I am a Christian. When MKAC first opened he would constantly insult me in my faith and reasoning with him took over 300 posts and ended with him having an everlasting disdain for me.

Dave, why do you think everyone left? PAL players have been posting here forever. How come they never followed the lead of NTSC players? And who cares if people posting are elites, lamers or legends?

And on the argument of MKO and who's left posting, you do realize that there are a whole new set of folks going nuts on MKvDC board.

On the MKF.. JTF totally exploited MKF's weaknesses. He tried the same shit with me, Maverick, Atari and many other (actually ALL) PAL players. The only difference is, we knew how to ignore his ass so we got left alone while he did everything possible to make everyone turn their back on MKF. A real leader won't do that. Leaders build bridges, they don't burn them down!

And lastly, I don't how you could possible make an argument for MKC under JTF ownership after this final act? I really don't get it. The logic behind any case that could be presented to further enhance JTF's rep is totally flawed. His legacy is NOW sealed and HE did it to himself! Personally, I don't have any respect for any character who invests his time and efforts in acts to cause shame to others. And that was his primary reason for setting up MKC.

- Those "set of folks" are casual gamers. They will do their usual - play around a little bit, beat Konquest, and maybe play a few games online. Then, you will not see them until Mortal Kombat 9.
