Do magazines with interveiws of Ed Boon and others who created the game stating that_____is a confirmed character? If so, add Kabal and Dariou to the list...There was an Interveiw with ed boon and the artists/programmers/developers and they confirmed that Kabal, is returning in MK:D and Dariou is making an entry too. Mabey we have no screenshots of them due to the fact that they might be hidden characters.

In reply to ScorpionSkullFatality, Kabal and Dairou are on the list, and I don't think they're secret. I think Midway are just holding back characters like Kabal, Dairou, Liu Kang, Smoke and Sektor (say what you like, he'll be back) so we'll be blown away all the more when they're finally revealed.

They need to have a good character chioce such as at least 25-35 characters i mean they have to have a good selection only ones i liked in da were Kung Lao Cyrax Frost Sub-Zero Scorpion and Reptile so they need a great list and most of the cyber warriors than about how there saying none

I reaaly hope that they don't release a full charcter list. I only want cool renders of the approx. 14 offical charcters we've seen so far. Deception is gonna blow all the others otta da water. I really hope Cyrax and Kitana are hidden. I really want my favorite charcters to have awsome storys. Crax needs one!

I was just thinking about something about the characters. It sounds like Ed Boon wants to bring the characters who were not in 3D yet. So the ones who were not in 3D and are not confirmed to be in Deception are

Well I don't know if you guys can see it if you zoom that close, but if you're using an LCD screen or a labtop, then you'll recognize that it's not just a bunch of strings but also a mask!

I've sore so many people say "this character is in the game" or "that character isn't in the game". All you've got to go on is a screenshot of the character select screen.
1. Who said that character select screen is the one that’s gonna be in the finished version of the game?...............NOBODY.
2. Who said there’s only 24 characters in the game?........NOBODY.
Them guys at Midway could decide at the last moment to put a character into the game. OR, take one out. So I say you can't rule out any character or the number of character's until the games out.
& as I bring up the number of characters, Ed Boon himself said that there's gonna be more than 24 characters in the game.
& I know every single Mortal Kombat Character will be in Konquest, so if the 3D model and the texture is in the game, Midway could take some one like Smoke or Rain (Or any one else) and give ‘em three fighting styles and some moves at the last minute and put ‘em in the game as a playable Character.

I'm not having a go at any one I'm just saying, you can't rule out any Mortal Kombat Character from being in this game until the game is out.

Worthless? You mean the fourth best character in Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance, and the second best new comer only to Bo'Rai Cho?
I know some of you don't like "Oh, his look is funny" or "He's too ogor like in his fighting." But when it comes down to it, Bo'Rai Cho, Drahmin and Hsu Hao were EXCELLENT characters playwise.

Also, we're pretty much certain at this point that there will be atleast 36 characters; there are supposedly two bosses per realm in Konquest, and each is an unlockable playable character. Also, Ed Boon told |ombat that Shujinko isn't on the character select screen. That would put the total upto 37 characters.

Heres a news update on this site. This update was on June 15. "While on G4's show, "Electric Playground", Ed Boon has confirmed 3 new characters (Sektor, Smoke, and Kabal), and 1 new arena (The Living Forest). Kabal's look will be completely revamped, and the two cyber-ninjas will sport quite a different look from Deadly Alliance's Cyrax." So it's official, Sektor WILL be in MK6: Deception.
