Bio:

Gabrielle is Tanya's half sister. Her father had been involved before his life with Tanya's mother, and this resulted in the birth of Gabrielle. She is only 2 yrs older than Tanya. Their father, being the Embassedor of Edenia, felt that both of his daughters should be well trained in the martial arts to protect themselves...as his political position could lead to dangerous situations. They were both extensively trained in the arts of Pencak Silat and Savate, styles that took full advantage of their agile and lithe bodies. Even back when they were young and training, it was easy for Gabrielle to see that Tanya had a cruel, competative streak in her. Tanya was insanely jealous of Gabrielle. She wanted her father's affections, and the perks of his status all for herself. Tanya attacked Gabrielle many times, the two seemed more than evenly matched. Gabrielle knew that this was only a shadow of things to come, Tanya was going to get worse as her life progressed. She would become more cunning and decietful, and more importantly....more dangerous.
Gabrielle kept a close eye on Tanya as the years passed by, forever mistrustful of Tanya no matter how sweet and pure she pretended to be. Tanya didn't dissappoint Gabrielle either. One night Gabrielle was hiding in the shadows and saw Tanya talking with the Evil Sorceror Quan Chi. They were planning to help Shinnok overthrow Sindel, and conquer Edenia. Tanya's part in the plan was to keep Raiden and the other earth warrior's suspicions from rising until it was to late. As they would surely interfere if they knew about Shinnok's plans. This was especially important as far as Kitana was concerned. Tanya said it would be no problem for her to keep Kitana in check as they had been close childhood friends. Gabrielle was not surprised at Tanya's treachary, however she did not know how to warn Sindel or Kitana. Kitana would not believe such things about one of her best friends without solid proof. She would have to find another way. Gabrielle listened to the rest of the conversation and slipped away unnoticed.
Gabrielle knew she was running out of time, but still had no solid proof of Tanya's betrayal. Then a break came in the form of her father. He asked to speak to her privately, and told her of his fears about Tanya. He too, had begun to be suspicious of Tanya. Gabrielle told her father of what she heard of Tanya's plan to help Shinnok take over Edenia and possibly Earth, but that she hadn't gone to Sindel or Kitana because she had no proof. Her father told her that she was right about Kitana probably not believing the accusations on Tanya without any proof. But he told her she should warn Sindel of the looming tragedy, she may be more open to the idea of Tanya being a traitor and would see things more clearly than Kitana. Also, she was sent to warn Raiden and the Earth warriros of Shinnok's plans, as a result the Earth Warriors overcame Shinnok and Edenia and Earth were saved. However, Gabrielle was also told she must continue to protect Queen Sindel and Kitana with her life if necessary as Tanya was never captured, Gabrielle agreed and was set to carry out her orders when word came of Kitana's capture at the hands of Tanya for the Dragon King. The Dragon King had been revived, and Kitana was his prisoner. The Embassedor was familiar with the tale of the Dragon King and knew if he succeeded every realm was doomed.
Gabrielle was immediately dispatched to Queen Sindel to warn her of Kitana's fate. The two set off together to rescue Kitana at any cost.... Gabrielle vowed that her sister would be taken....dead or alive.

Special Moves:

*NOTE* Gabrielle is not Mystical or Magical in anyway. All of her moves are performed with her body (legs mostly) Except for Throwing Knife Flurry which of course is self explainatory.

Kick Crusher- Gabrielle takes advantage of her speed and does a hard round house to her opponent's face then fluidly goes into a lightning fast foot sweep, and as the opponent lays on the ground, she jumps up and comes down hard with both feet on the chest of the opponent.

Cartwheel dizzy - Gabrielle does three fast cartwheels kicking her opponent each time, this dazes the opponent, as they stand there dizzy, Gabrielle performs a strong upward axe kick sending the opponent skyward. (This moves opens the door for juggle combo oppertunities as it ends in a pop up)

Throwing Knife Flury - Gabrielle takes out three silver throwing knives and throws them at her opponent. (Once thrown, if they connect, the first three throwing knives will stay in the opponent for the rest of the match, one in the shoulder, one in the leg and one in the stomach, it's like an impale type move. Any other knives thrown will cause damage but will dissapear.

Hurracanrana - Anyone familiar with Lita from WWE, knows what this move is. I think it fits nicely with her style of fighting. for those who don't know it's a throw move that entails jumping and wrapping your legs around your opponents neck either from the front or back and then taking them down to the ground slamming them hard into the floor. Gabrielle's is done from the front.

Break Arm/Leg - This is more of a defensive move, when performed Gabrielle will catch the opponent's attaking limb, then uses one of her free legs to trip the opponent to the floor while still holding the opponents attacking limb, and then Stomps hard on the arm/leg in question breaking it. There would be a sick crack soun effect for this move. And, of course, being MK the opponent will get up an still be able to use the limbs just fine. .

Fatalities:

Throat Slit - Gabrielle steps behind the groggy opponent and kicks them in the back of one of their knees forceing them into a kneeling position, then grabs their chin from behind and lifts the head exposing the throat, and takes out one of her throwing knives and slits the throat ear to ear.

Foot Neck Snap - Gabrielle brings her foot across her opponents face three times (Back and fourth with the same foot) She then cocks her head to the side and looks at the dazed opponent...and lets loose with a furious roundhouse that twists her opponent's head all the away around to the back, a very loud nasty cracking sound is heard and the opponent falls in a heap on the ground.

Hara Kiri - Gabrielle take out one of her throwing knives and drives it swiftly and deeply into her forehead.

Stage:

Gabrielle's stage is the Edenian Embassy Courtyard. You can be knocked inside the Embassy by the SW wall of the building. If you remain Outside you can be knocked to the lower level of the courtyard (You initially start out on a large balcony attached to the courtyard. Once you get to the actual courtyard the fighter will have to contend with would-be assassins in the woods sourrounding the Embassy throwing things like knives, and bombs at them. the knives take little damage, but if you do not move in time one of the bombs will take a large protion of energy. There are two death traps....Outside if a figher is knocked into a spot light that moves around the NE corner of the courtyard the fighter will be taken out by Sniper fire. If you have been knocked inside the Embassy there is a door that is marked "Embassedor's Office" If the opponent is knocked through this door a bomb goes off as there was a bomb placed in the office in an assassination attempt on Gabrielle's father. The opponents limbs fly about and there is blood everywhere.
