Still Konquest should explain everything that came to be just like MK: DA konquest. Also provide what happen to certain characters and bring to light MK: Deception not so clear storyline how events came to be in Deception.

one thing i would like is to be able to choose any of shujinko's character models for arcade, etc. would be cool to play as him in his 40s warrior armor in other modes other than just konquest.

The pic of everyone standing before is Shujinko isn't part of the story. I doubt all those characters will appear together when you're playing. It's more than likely that pic is just to show off the 3D models of the characters, for the sake of the video.

40s Shujinko kind of reminds me of someone you might see in LotR.

It's like that "Evolution of Reptile" one from Deadly Alliance. I mean just cause they were all standing there didn't mean that there were 3 different Reptiles running around within the context of the actual story.

I think Motoro, Kintoro, Sheeva, and Shao Kahn look great in that pic!!! Yeah they're skinnier yet more realistic (especially Kintoro and Motoro)

Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against Sheeva, I'm actually one of her supporters, but come on, oh yeah, that's a bitchin forehead and elbow she has there. Those artists are working overtime.

the full version of the pic does have a complete sheeva. however, in the video the pic fades away 50% in the next frame. for pic-snapping purposes i could only get her head and arms at full opacity before the next frame was 50% faded to the next clip in the movie. so relax, people. it is just an art piece, not in-game models. you should be greatful such an awesome pic exists of so many classic fighters. instead many of you sit here and shit your diapers over it. its...art and artists interpret images in different styles. one artist may see kintaro as a beefy monster while another may see him as more human and slender. deal with it.
