im still wandering how shao kahn looks like without his masks...i've seen drawn pictures of him with an ugly white face(from the MK strips), but does anyone know how he really looks like..I mean, he has a human body, so i always assumed he had a ''human'' looking face

During MK3, Cyrax, Sektor, and Smoke were with the Lin Kuei. THeir only mission was to kill Sub-Zero.
They weren't aligned with either the Earthrealm or Outworld. All they wanted was Sub-Zero. They were attacked by Outworld forces, though, because they believed them to be threats since they went undetected without souls.
