Sonya got a lot for this game though. All her moves, plus her best ally and archemeny. It's gonna be a full package for Sonya fanatics. Kitana couldn't even get her sister... ugh!

Liu and Kitana haven't been a team in ages. Sonya and Jax still are.

Shao Kahn is not her archenemy. He's just her enemy. Just like he's the the enemy of Sindel, Khameleon, Liu Kang, Shang Tsung, Onaga, Raiden, and a ton of other people. I think MKA even made him Mileena's enemy!

Her rivalry is with Mileena still.

Mileena's Storyline revolves around Kitana.

where Mileena isnt even apart of Kitanas MAIN storyline in any of the games, its a side thing.

MK2 ~ She discovers that Mileena is not her twin but a grotesque clone created by Shang Tsung. thats the extent of Mileena being in Kitanas storyline in mk2. UMK3 ~ Kitana is accused of treason by the High Courts of the Outworld after murdering her evil twin Mileena.

Just because Kitana is all over Mileenas storylines doesnt mean its the same for Kitana.

Yeah, I too am disappointed she isn't in this game. Kitana having her roll just rubs salt into the wound. Kitana already has the new Fan Uppercut, that should suffice for a new "pop-up" move for her. The roll is just redundant.

Bleh. Oh well, fuck it. The people on the creative teams rarely ever listen to us anyway. Anyone with functioning eyes could see that the people on the boards demanded Mileena, Cage, Reptile, and Kung Lao. There's seems to be something of a break between what the team thinks is popular and what the fans really want.

Mileena is in the game as her better version Baraka.

I think that the team focuses on the early days, when they said iconic. But then again...Cage would mos definitly be part of the MK cast according to that.

I played a lot of MK 2 in the arcades back in the days and Mileena wasn't that popular. She lived in the shadow of Kitana. Mileena was maybe a more important character during MKD, etc. But that isn't the area Boon is focusing on.

I didn't get Smoke, Cyrax, Reptile, Ermac, Noob, Cage, or Quan Chi. Just because it doesn't even have one of my favorite characters, do you see me whining? I'm looking for something better in a game than the last few games, where the fighting was a JOKE, not just for a sweet cast of characters. I just can't stand how nobody gives this game a chance just because minor things, like: "OMG!!1! Me favorite charaCterz not in!! I'm not buying this game, cuz da MKteam iz sexist!!!" or "I'm not getting this game because DC is childish. And I'm super-mature!!!1!". Go ahead and start whining about my opinion, because I don't really care.

KitanaxCatwoman are way better counterparts, their motives are never clear. They waver between good and evil, and plus both are hot and can kick ass.

(I'm not getting this game since there's only 4 females though and I would have loved MileenaxPoison Ivy)

To be honest I ain't really whining at all neither I just wish they would have DLC, but if they dont I really dont care because I look foreward to every MK game so I could agree with you.

I can't say I would be. I'm in favor of replacing Jax and Baraka with Mileena and Kung Lao, but not Kano. I like Kano as a character, Jax, I'm neutral to. Baraka, I wouldn't care if he went.
