the charatcers are not in the same spots on both screens, making dial and moves land from distances they shouldnt hit from.

online play makes there so proudly air kombat idea a complete bust, since u cant really connect the programmed combos.

Where in a guide Dave, there should be more then just that.Such as ohh basic tactics, which character to turtle with, which one NOT to turtle with, blocking tactics, hints on offense, defense, side stepping, good pokes, good sweeps, good mids, highs etc.Or what if a newb wants to learn AC and 33?I didn't see anything on that...without that you can't do half of Red's combos and not everyone uses that.

I lag for Check. Check lags for me. We always have two stars at most with each other. However, ask anyone who lives on the east coast, they will tell you that I always have three or four stars with them. Besides that, I don't consider Check my "Dairou rival". In fact, I never have. He has helped me so much with combos and other glitches he has discovered in the past. If players think Check is better than me, then I don't have any problems with that because he probably is. He plays the game at an amazing level; he plays it so intelligently. It's so hard to beat him when he's playing to win, and not playing to be fancy. Moreover, we both agreed that online play is a joke a long while ago, and that the better player is determined off-line since lag plays a huge role online.

Anyway, so you played Red how many times? Once? Twice? In MK:A? That's still pathetic considering you two are supposed to be "rivals". Do you know how many matches Check, Dan, Karate, Versa, etc. and I have had?

Also, don't give me that X-Box shit. The lag is the same on both games. Dan and Jade-OWN have told me that on AIM. Stop bull shitting me with your X-Box superiority. The only thing that's better is the server management and the graphics, which I can't and won't deny.

And finally, stop bringing up mkacentral.com. The admin hasn't done anything to me and many others as far as I know. If you still have your beef with him, then go solve it or keep it to yourself.

Ok, well this is something that I HIGHLY disagree with you on seriously not to hurt your "PS2 pride" or anything but I played on PS2 not too long ago.It's utter crap compared to live, sorry.I've had and played live for 4 years man, it's WAYYY better online then PS2 is.As annoying as live is sometimes, PS2 was twice as bad when I played.

Where although you have to pay for live, it's better online, actually moderated properly and if you mod you get banned...just ask your boy arcade.Despite whether intentions were good or for personaly benefit, if you mod your box and live detects it=you're banned.They don't play around.


In MKA Red and I played once, in total we played a lot more we used to play more before we found out about one another on this site but we have played numerous series and I'm leading so far.The last 5 series we've played he took one of them in total.

Second, most of the time when he's on, I'm not and when I'm on he's not...so what do you expect me to do?Become superman and fly to his place and find him to play MKA online? please...

I go online to play for fun, whoever is on is one end of story.I used to care about this shit but given the lack of comp in general of late, not as good online play in MKA compared to MKD/UMK3 I'm at the point where I really don't give a shit anymore.

Another thing, LOL I never asked for this "MKF vs. Red" rivalry..this is like the Yankees and Mets and the fans make it more of a rivalry then anyone else... does.

We are both MK fans, both play online, both live in NY and both have different styles of play.This rivalry is made up more by you guys then anyone else.I don't care personally, if you paid me then I might take this shit seriously but until then it's merely a game Dave.

The overt original intention of the thread was for people to comment on who they think would actually win in a battle. My underlying goal was to have these guys face-off thus ending their feud and ending them taking up space on the boards. It seems both of my goals were unmet. I will say this....MKF is CLEARLY better than Red...I don think that ANYONE in their right mind would EVER say otherwise. Also the reason that they wont fight is that BOTH are rather spineless. Red hides behind glitches and double talk while MKF hides behind his 5 pages posts and the alleged inability to play MK earlier and the fact that he RARELY if ever hosts.

@MKF...it seems sad that you OBVIOUSLY avoid people. I mean I would understand if you feared losing why you wouldnt face Pig or Groy...but I dont understand why you avoid Red whom you would DESTROY. It seems like a real simple way of ending the talk of you running.
