Catwoman is hardly a hero, she's an antagonist for the most part.

She's more of an anti-hero, or neither, she does what she feels benefits her most, whether it's helping Bats or being a jewel theif.

Johnny Cage is a given IMHO.
Reptile will be the last spot (I hope).

See that's the thing, Johnny Cage, is sort of a comic releif character, and this game is dark and serious, JC just doesn't belong, joker is black comedy and totally evil, so it doesn't really apply to him

It's hard to choose between Reptile, Mileena, Baraka, Cage and Kung Lao. Extremely hard. They're all great characters and all really iconic.

reptile, im all for him,but im not for mileena, someone else, reptile and jade. thats what id like to see, reptile more than baraka also.

i'm 99.99999% positive johnny cage WILL be playable in the game. if only because of pure nostalgia.

so they last MK character will probably be reptile or mileena. i'm betting more on mileena than i am reptile though. if only because we already have scorpion and sub-zero we don't really need reptile too.

imo baraka is out of the question. not because he doesn't deserve it or anything but i don't know how he would possible work in this game. they just flat out cannot show the DC heroes being killed which means baraka will either have no fatality or one that is totally uncharacteristic of the baraka we know and love.

if they're adding another hero instead of a villian than i can think of no other character besides kung lao.

It's not at all. This game is goofy and cheesed up as hell just like every other Mortal Kombat game (not that that's a bad thing). People are getting duped because the original game they were making was supposed to be a dark re imagining of Mortal Kombat. This game is whimsical fanboy food.

Besides the fact that it's possible to present a dark comedy to Cage, he's no more a joke than characters like Jax, Liu Kang, and is pretty much MK's Captain Falcon. That and he nutsacks people. He has to be in for me.

And Raiden? He must be in. Has he been announced yet?
