I'd take Cyber Smoke over Sektor, But he was in MK:TE so he might be in MK:D.

She doesn't play a role in the outcome of the outworld, netherealm or Earth. She was just another fighter that got involved.

To bring back another Shokan (as we are told is happening?) isn't a bad idea. This shokan would most likely come into the story for revenge though?

Sektor would be good for the storyline to deceive Subzero.

Stryker was an ordinary fighter in MK3, and the his storyline wasn't all that exciting either. But just because the fighter was ordinary that doesnt mean he couldn't be improved. Nightwolf wasn't exactly a favourite either.

I think Sektor would be best storyline wise... and also for fighting

stryker he was so good i will be thrilled if he is in it i mean his story is superb he had the best fatalities and best combos. he was the best. i think he will have the best chance.

A new Shokan would be a better protector of her. Sheeva is not needed to protect or help diminish the outworld itself. She would only be there to protect Sindel and that is all.

She has already failed once by being killed, why waste that again. Just get another bigger, meaner Shokan to be the protector

I don't think it really does matter whether a fighter was lame or not in the past.

They can always be improved when it comes to their moves, special powers and weapons. They would need to keep some of their original moves otherwise creating a new character altogether would make more sense.

oooops double posted, anyway i can't agree more with you aussieninja but i think the story of sheeva can't be imporved anylonger now that's she's dead (that may not make sense in the mk universe) but i think sheeva wont come back even if she gets imrpoved the story weighs a lot in a character

I admit. Smoke is a copy of a copy, But he did come before Sektor or Cyrax so i call him the original of the three.

Sektor, Cyrax and Smoke all debuted as cyborgs in MK3, So who's to say that Cyrax was the original? That's like taking MK1 and trying to decide which of Scorpion, Sub-Zero or Reptile were the original.

And on another note. Sheeva wasn't unique. Like Smoke, She's a copy of a copy. She was about as unique being a female Shokan as Smoke had of being the only ninja that was surrounded by his namesake.

out of the three I like Sheeva best. But she si dead and I dont see them resurecting her, unfortunately. I hate the other two, and I especially hate the cyborgs. They are jiust stupid and lame and uninteresting. So Sheeva, if not then, Stryker.

Sheeva's dead, and I never liked her anyway. Nor did I ever like Stryker. So I'm going with Sektor, who's pretty cool IMO.

And regarding which cyborg came first, storyline-wise, Sektor came first. In his MK3 bio they say he was the first to volunteer to be turned into a cyborg.

I'd vote for sektor just because his story line is getting intresting (him forming a clan and possibly going after sub)

Everybody has their own opinion. Smoke is the best fighter out of the 3. He was Automated last, i'm sure the lin kuei came up with more technology by the time they captured him. Thats why he has invisibility, and he is more faster and agile.

smoke2789 is right. Sektor is the original. Personally, i like Sektor and Smoke much better than Cyrax. Sektor is evil and Smoke is jus mysterious. Id love to see Smoke back with some new moves, and id like to see if Sektor really turned Japan into his Tekunin army.
