From the MK Pavillion Storyline FAQ:
Tournament Edition: After killing the Lin Kuei Grand Master because of
programming defects, Sektor met with Sub-Zero in a battle over the Dragon
Medallion and the title of new Grand Master of the Lin Kuei. Sektor lost,
allowing Sub-Zero to become the man in charge of the Lin Kuei. After that,
Sektor fled to Japan to start his own clan. There he found others willing to
join his faction: The Tekunin.

I think they should put Sektor in the game but not Sheeva or Stryker. Sektor could be an awesome character with an awesome story with his new clan and all. Sheeva just wasn't a very good character (no offence to those who like Sheeva) but I thought she was boring and didnt have very many cool or good moves(specials, combos and Fatalities). Now Stryker... dont get me started with him. I hated him from the very begining, he was a lame character and had a lame A$$ story and moves (no offence to those who like Stryker). If the MK team are going to put a shokan into the game then they should put Prince Goro's son in the game (can't remember his name) but I think the MK team could make a sweet story out of that character and he would also be tons of fun to play with/against. He should be out for revenge on Noob for killing his father... Prince Goro.

Thank you metadragon, that is one reason why i like Smoke because he is the mysterious one of the cyborgs. He could really whoop some ass if was in some games(But Boon's an asshole). I think smoke has great chances of making it into MKD. I would give anything if he was in it.

no offense but how can you say sheeva didn't have any good moves, fatalities, i mean her flesh rip was one of mks coolest

No prob man. I think the addtion of cyborgs into MK was a cool idea. Smoke and Sektor deserve a chance now.

That was her only cool move but there was somebody else who had the same fatality in MK: Trilogy but I can't remember who it was.

Dude, i'd say im like the master of combos. I can pull any combo off at any time and fuck someone up, i also make my own combos up with characters. Heres an example, in MKDA i would pull his one juggle combo, and then i would use the spin kick. It takes like 3 quarters of theyre life off. It is badass.

I most be one of the few that liked every character in MK 3. Sheeva was my least favorite of the bunch, but I always thought she was a decent enough character.

Anyway, the cyber ninjas were the best part of MK 3 in my opinion. The de-humanization of the Lin Keui was unexpected, as was Sub-Zero denouncing his former clan, which lead to the three cybernetic ninjas to track him down. Very dark and evil. Just the idea that they were giving up their souls and human bodies (to an extent, cyborgs are part machine, part man) to become stronger showed the perversion of the clan.

With that being said, I think all three of the cyber ninjas are awesome. However, Cyrax works better as a bad guy, not a good guy. Cyrax was a lot cooler before he got messed up in the whole Special Forces crap. Sektor and cyborg Smoke were both cooler anyway. :)

But getting back on topic, if I had to pick one, it would be Sektor. Stryker would be my next pick (he's an alright dude in my opinion and certainly way cooler than most of the crap new characters we saw in MK 4 and DA). That leaves Sheeva as my last pick, which is understandable because A) she was my least favorite character in MK 3 and UMK 3 and B) she's sorta dead.

I would say Sektor has the best chance followed by Stryker. Sheeva is confirmed to be dead. 100% confirmed. Sheeva was stabbed by Shao Kahn.

BTW, I think Cyrax is the best ninja followed by Sektor (just like A and B) while Smoke is a G or something. Sektor and Cyrax are the better ones IMO, Smoke was never really an important character in my view.
