You don't even want to know how many threads there are about Kabal coming back for MK6. This has to be at least the third one(I know there is more than that).

yes - HE'S A SURVIVOR in the first place. His story had him beaten & left 4 dead by Motaro's elimination squadz, but he made it. We could have a 3-ring circuz on our handz with Kabal,Kano & Mavado.

I personally like Kabal, hes not one of my favs but hes good... i like mavado more though, cause i love the black trench coat with one sleave missing and the hooks r bad ass (not kabals the ones with the ropes attached) if i had a choice i would say keep mavado over kabal...

He is a strong character that once existed in mk3. SHould he return? His mk3 ending states that now that he cleaned up his life, he is a force to wrecken with against evil. We shall wait and see.

I would love to have Kabal back, he's a very cool character.

I've expressed the same thing in similar "kabal jocking" threads. I don't see how he could survive the great squadz of Motaro, and yet some pansy-ass like Mavado - though, has mad style - could off him. Though, I guess he could have just as easily slipped in the shower and gotten owned that way, too. So, whatever.

i doubt that kabal is going to be in mk6, it was said that he was killed by mavado and i hold my thoughts up to that. i think mavado uses those hooks as a sign that kabal is actually dead and is showing no respect for the dead foe, since he does have a history with the black dragon.

I like Kabal but make room for new characters.

Kabal, like Smoke, is a character that really really needs to come back because

1. He was awesome.
2. His storyline needs to be continued.

death hasnt stopped Scorpion or Cage from coming back, why should it stop Kabal?

Kabal was cool, he was one of my relief characters when I found Scorps wasnt in MK3. So I'm all for a come back on his behalf.

About Mavado, Kano and Kabal having a thing, I thought Kano was killed by Mavado at the end of MKDA. So wouldnt that mean Kano wont come back until perhaps MK7? I mean it does take time to cheat death.

When I got mk3 and noticed no Scorpion I was kinda disapointed and Kabal filled the void for me. I think he is a great character I wouldn't mind seein him return.

even if kabal had survived, in mortal kombat 3 he was brutally assaulted by one of shao kahn's extermination squads and could not live with out the respitory mask. i believe that they should add in somebody new and leave kabal out, as i stated before kabal was mentioned to be dead in mavado's konquest mode.

as for cage, he was revived because he was not meant to be dead. shao kahn's extermination squads killed him before earth's invasion there fore he was cheated out of life. raiden revived him knowing this in mortal kombat trilogy and that's why cage knew he his spirit was going to return because of that. so he was given a second chance to come back and live his life in mk4. so johnny cage was not meant to die at all in the first place.

Kabal was NEVER mentioned dead, only defeated, and the word “rumored” is used.

Besides: Goro, Mileena, Johnny Cage, Scorpion, Sektor and others were THOUGHT to be dead, and even mentioned DEAD as a FACT (Goro), but they were/are still alive.

Anything could happen.

He must return,why he`s cool got personality and got a lot of space to make him fit and is one of the faferet wariors of MK

If he did kome back, would you want his resoirator to be able to be knocked off in the middle of kombat and his life slowly drains, just like when somebody is impaled?

I guess they could do that, but not drain health, just stun the guy for like 5 seconds and then he puts it back on. Good suggestion though.

Nope.

He would have been excellent, but if he's not dead, Mavado didn't do shit all. I have a feeling Mavado will continue in MKD and they'll build his character up some.
