the konquest mode doesnt reveal the plot from end from deception or say how quanchi and shang survived raidens blast. it doesnt even say where have the characters have been for the last three or four games ( as in kintaro, shinnok, ect.) they just randomly appear in the netherrealm . like they didnt even feel like messing with a plot so they just said they died.

In the Red Dragon Base after you meet Kano but before you fight Sareena, Kia, and Jataaka you will see a rat at a bend in the hall way. Step on that rat to kill it and to make a chest with Quan Chi's alt outfit show up

You can get them either of two ways from the start. Either buy in the Krypt, (each one costs 1500-3500 Koins), or unlock in the Konquest mode. If you already buy the costume in the Krypt, then when you open the treasure chest for that costume in Konquest, it will be replaced with Koins. Also, I'm not for certain but I think some locations of costumes may be random. I recall someone saying that to get Rain's alt costume, step on a spider in the first stage to make a chest appear. However when I played through Konquest, I got Rain's alt in the Arctic stage near the place where you fight Rain.

Upon defeating Blaze, he gets psychically linked to the One Being. He's able to see everything...he looks into the past and sees the Shao Kahn and Dragon King sagas, but when he looks into the future, he sees...nothing. Uh oh.

All Blaze's power flowed into Sareena and she lay unconscious on top of the pyramid. Sub-Zero revives her. She looks at her hands and discovers she now has the ability to freeze. She confronts her old master, Quan Chi, and freezes him inside a block of ice. Sub-Zero and Sareena hide the block of ice inside the Lin Kuei temple.

does nothing to clarify her true alignment, good or evil. All it establishes is that she likes Sub-Zero (the 5th), and we knew that already. (Idolizing him is probably where the wish for the ice blasts comes in - "I wanna be just like my idol!" etc. - but that's a rather limited power to get after you've absorbed a godly essence or whatever. (It also makes Sareena a bit too fangirlish, but I digress.)

Shujinko absorbs the power from all of the other Kombatants, then goes mad with power (seems to be a common theme here....). He kills everybody, then goes to challenge the Elder Gods.

He opens a portal and goes back five hundred years ago and takes the place of his ancestor and wins the tournament thus changing history, therefore Liu Kang didn't enter the tournament

RAIN IS TAVEN'S LOST BROTHER AND RAIN TURNED EVIL TO TAKE CONTROL OF THE REALM THAT TAVEN WAS PROMISED TO HAVE.

I think that it's AWESOME and makes perfect sense. As a child, Rain's father - a general in the Edenian army was killed by Shao Kahn during the takeover. Rain was stolen away by Kahn's agents and he was raised as an assassin. Argus, father of Daegon and Taven, is from Edenia - two of his sons were sealed away to revive and defeat Blaze ... but Rain could have easily been the third son, stolen away before he too could be sealed up for a thousand years. After all, it's canon that Rain is over a 1000 years old. After that ... it's the usual "he beat Blaze, he's a god, lame lame lame ending - but the little tidbit about Rain has HUGE implications for that character.

Drahmin's mask absorbs most of the godlike energy, Drahmin grows to 3 times his size, in an uncontrollable rage turns on Moloch and kills him, and then continues his path of destruction.

Havik becomes Chaos Incarnate, all the realms are ripped and mutilated into a new image, he is very happy about this.

Moloch becomes the essence of destruction, shattering the pyramid with a single blow, he then lays waste to Edenia, accidentally destroying the portals in the process. Edenia now closely resembles the Netherrealm, but without portals Moloch is trapped there.
