yeah,i'd probably still buy it.hell,i bought the mk3 arcade cabinet and he is'nt in that one,and i was not very happy about his absence.i hope they never make that mistake again.

IF scorpion is not in MK6
i'd only buy it if:
Baraka
human smoke
and some GOOD new characters were in it

then i'd buy mk6.

I seriously doubt that Scorpion won't be in it though unless Ed Boon gets fired and some idiot takes over.I'm reminded of an old interview with Ed about MK5, in response to if scorpion would be in mk5 he said something like, If I have anything to say about it. Scorpions Eds fav character so i doubt that he wont be in it.

Trust me,Scorpion WILL return. Maybe even as a warrior of Light. Scorpion is the most Popular MK character, and they wouldn't DARE remove him.

Him staying a spectre is waaay cooler than getting a new body. Spectres are just cool as hell.

I like the idea of Scoprion being a warrior of the light. Despite how everyone feels, Scoprion is an honorable fighter, a good guy, he has just been being manipulated. Since the first MK tourn....EVER SINCE MYTHOLOGIES!! he's been a follower. In MK6, it could be the first time we see Scorpion do as scorpion pleases. Remember just cause your from heaven doesn't mean your heavenly.

I'd buy Mortal Kombat even if they got rid of all the old characters and replaced them with new ones. When I first played the original I didn't fall in love with any of the characters, I fell in love with the gameplay, gore, and grotesque fatalities.

why would he return as a samurai warrior? easy because of the undefeatable army of shang tsung.
remember his life was drain in to the soulnado.
all those souls were ment to revive the army...
