I think Chameleon works just like in MKT meaning he keeps on transforming into different ninjas but he doesn't take their styles just their special moves. I'm pretty happy with him overall, like the new look, crane looks a bit odd on him, but there were worse options and you still don't know what might happen until the final release.

Moloch has 1 new move and the rest is just a bunch of copy and paste, yet again.....

Wow, Moloch has like 7 or so specials, and a decent amount of combos, awesome!
Drahmin looks odd without his club, but will probably fight better without it always on, I wonder if he'll put it on if you branch to weapon style.

i'm so happy right now. i was actually a little worried that they weren't going to give the older MKDA characters decent special moves.
i'm glad they updated kitana's pretty kick(i think it's three hits now instead of two if i remember correctly) and i'm glad they gave her a better fan lift, the straight one didn't really do any good. and she teleports now which i don't understand but hey it works.

I wonder if Mileena and Baraka get new moves.........
Anyway I can't wait to see the Moloch and Jade vids!
