But much of what he was saying was relevant. It is not about wanting a strong style to go to a character you like (that means I would have Sheeva with Tae Kwon Do and Kali ), but about what suits the character best. Pi Gua (not so sure if this is true, trying to recall from one of Chromes old posts) is taught to the military or a group of soldiers, and Hotaru is a Seidan Guard. It makes perfect sense for him to have it.

Exactly....he also said something about the flexiblity of Armor...that Pi Gua was designed for armor-clad fighters

It doesnt show them, but there are a Good number of attacks for them.

The Hotaru vs Sektor movie is empty. No fighting, the guiy just drops down a move, and then browses the movelist.
