If you look closely at the logo on Smoke's boots, the logo splits at the top unlike the brothers of the shadow logo which doesnt split at the top at all. They're two different logos! Why would they be giving Noob another costume? Why would they make Noob translucent? And Why would Noob have two places on the character select screen? The MK Team could still be working on Smoke and not be totally finalized (which I hope there not). I think by the time its all said and done, Smoke will look pretty damn sweet and hopefully have smoke coming from his body like in previous games. I also hope that they give Smoke an awesome set of moves.

There is only 1 thing that can tell who's right, the game itself. Wait till OCT. 4 to see if that is Smoke or Noob.

I've got a close look at the logo on "Smoke's" boot and the BoS logo from the link Rain_Drop provided, and I must agree with Temp and others who said that is NOT the BoS logo on "Smoke's" boot. The two logos look nothing alike, the only similarities are that they're both the same shade of grey and have a circle in the middle, the shape surrounding the circle is completely different on both logos.

I guess "Smoke's" logo looks vaguely like a misshapen, upside-down BoS logo, but if it was supposed to be that logo, why would it be upside-down and shaped wrong? Is "Smoke" mocking the BoS?

Get a good, close look at both logos and you'll see what I mean.

Ok...you've got me...what can I say. But I ask you this...what is your 100% proof guarentee that..the picture is smoke? No smoke as a name under the energy bar, nothing on his clothes that says smoke. So you are saying that this is 100% smoke just off the fact that he is transparent? Hm...look who's the NooB now!?!

Smoke is the best looking of the "ninjas" thus far. Quit bitching. He looks amazing. When they add smoke effects it will kick even more ass.

I'm glad he looks something like Sub-Zero. Remember, they are fellow clan members; wouldn't it only make sense that he is dressed in similar attire?

ya i took this chinese class..and the techer was techin up symbols like fire, water, rock, peace,ocean, forest, dragon. destruction stuff like thats and i just realized it looks like the chineses symbol for smoke. exept its a lil altered

I think Smoke looks cool, I am just happy that he doesn't look like a gray version of Blaze. But i'm going to really miss Cyber Smoke...

Well I changed my mind last night, as it PROBABLY is Smoke. Why would they put a similar symbol though, pretty dumb imo. I think I was disappointed that he wasn't Cyber Smoke (my fav fighter from the 2D era) and kinda looks a little weird. BUT if they add a smoke effect, like swirling round his body, and add a few more features he will look kick ass! Still could be Quan Chi though...

This has to be Smoke. I'm sure they are gonna add the smoke to him, and pray they don't make him bleed red. -_- I hope they change the gloves and some other areas for the better. Those gloves look plain.

They had better tell us why he has changed into this form.

The original BOS symbol was 1st seen in MKM- Sub-zero. Quan Chi's 3 guards/ killers had the symbol on there back. I might be mistaken, but I think I've also seen the BOS in MK4 somewhere.Also BOS worship the fallen elder god Shinnok
