not me, ive got noob, ermac, baraka, jax, and subzero, so im happier than a lot of people when it comes to fighters.

yea but that gave the MK team alot of time to make all the other classics, i mean look at all the ninjas we get and KABAL, smoke, and a revamped sektor, and subzero with his ice clone!!!! we also got the almighty turkey boy liu Kang, and a NEW BOSS this time other then shao khan, and he isnt gonna be stupid like shinnok either. i mean who cares about the other earthrealm noobies.

alot of classics returned because of them being gone and a whole shit load of new fighting styles and storylines are gonna be in this game. ALso all they have to do is combine the both games and add like 4 more fighters and make another MK trilogy with an actual storyline though and DONT bring back the dead people just for a trilogy and the game would be fine.

not to mention we have a shokan fighter that will be better then kintoro and a playable sub boss with 3 freaking heads.

I agree, i'm very happy with the character roster and such so far.

Raiden WILL be in MKD btw.

I'm vaguely disappointed that Kung Lao and Raiden don't seem to be in it.

mad yes but those chracters have no purpose in this game as it seems. kanos dead. kung lao got his revenge. cyrax and sonya are working in earthrealm and johnny is doing his thing and probaly doesnt want to die again. Raiden will probaly be there for support.

I just want Kung Lao and Kano back.

I'm annoyed that Sonya and Kung Lao. Raiden will be in the game so that's good! The others I don't really care about!

Cage's storyline was getting dull.
Cyrax always seems to be doing the oddest things.
Sonya's storyline is getting a bit stale.
Raiden could also use a change.
Kano's Black Dragon has fallen to pieces.
Kung Lao should replace Liu Kang, although for some reason he's back.

I love the cast. All the characters are ones I've been wanting to see for a long time.

Think of it this way. The outworld investigation agency was destroyed, everyone is scattered about,either in outworld or earthrealm, so the only people who can stop the dragon king now is ermac, subzero, baraka(seems like he is on his own side, along with mileena)and a few others. Plus the black dragon clan is destroyed. Even if Kabal is now the only living black dragon, who QUIT anyway, whos to say he will help? Its time for the red dragon baby! well, Kira and Mavado anyway.

Im not all u r jumping to conclusions be4 u play the game I read that this MK Game will have the most hidden things ever. Also I read that by the times MK7 is out not everyone will have everything unlocked lol because if u play konquest to fast u won;t find em all. Theres gonna be a lot of hidden things there they say. SO lets wait in see and then get pissed

My feelings are exactly the same, danadbab.

While I feel for those who's favorite characters aren't on the main roster of this game, characters like those you've listed have had their time in the spotlight over and over and over and over... and will likely continue to hog it in future MK games. Its time for other characters with large followings who've been repeatly ignored to have their chance in the spotlight, like Smoke, Kabal, Ermac, Noob, Sektor, etc. All those character seem to have a massive cult fanbase, yet have had to sit out repeately while characters like Sonya and Cage have nearly burnt themselves and their plotlines out from overexposure.

Don't worry, you'll likely see all those characters in MK7, MK8, MK9, MK10, etc. while many of my favorites are tossed aside once again. Let us have this one.

I have a feeling most of the more popular characters who were in MKDA will make an appearence as playable hidden fighters anyways.

Im happy with the roster except for Kung Lao, one of my best fighters in MKDA, but even if he doesnt make the cut, my custom character will inherit his styles so Kung Lao will live on in one way or another with me. It also amazes me that some people assumes they know how the game ends.

I actually did enjoy playing with Johnny in MK:DA. And his fatality was a nice change from the same ol' same ol' we have seen with him before.

Kung Lao I do wish was in the game but I won't complain because we are still getting a fairly solid cast of characters.

Raiden, while I thought was a good character in MK:DA, doesn't have to be in the game. He's been around a long time and I'd like to see some new blood in the franchise. I mean he has been in MK since the very first, and technically the only character that has doen so. I say technically because Sub-Zero has been 2 different people.
